This guy is the worst, don't waste your time, energy and money on him. We had him do our roof in August 2009. The first winter it leaked and continued to leak every time it snowed for the next couple of years. Each time he or one of his workers would come over and patch my roof, each time it didn't work. I suggested that he do the entire roof and he refused. Our old roof didn't leak and now the new one did. How can a new roof than cost $5,000 leak each winter. I told Shawn that I was going to take him to small claims court which I did and we won!. He has yet to pay us the settlement we won in court. He never showed up to the court date, that alone should tell you something. Not only did he not come to small claims court, but he changed the name of his company from Reynolds and Sons to Reynolds Restoration. He also goes under the company name of Gutters on Wheels. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from SHAWN REYNOLDS and any company he has anything to do with

I liked them. The references given by the company were good. I called three references and they highly recommended them and felt that the pricing was fair and were happy with the work that they did. They came right away.

I left them a message and they never returned my call. I don't understand why they cannot take a few minutes to return my call even if it was to tell me they couldn't do the work.

In a heavy wind storm shingles blew off my roof. I knew it hadn't been replaced for at least 15 years. I researched about 4 companies, several from Angie's List. Two guys told me I just needed another layer of shingles on the roof and thought it would cost about $4000. I was dubious since it looked like there were 5 or 6 layers already. Another roofer was nice and professional, but told me it would cost $10,000 or 11,000 to replace the whole roof. That was just too much. Then I found a flyer from Reynolds in my mailbox. I met with him and he estimated the job would cost $7000. He seemed trustworthy and professional and his family company had a lot of experience in the neighborhood. I hired him and I'm not sorry. The workers were quiet, nice, efficient and they cleaned up daily, which I appreciated. The boss brought 5 or 6 guys the first day to tear off the old roof and used 2 or 3 the following days to put the new one on. He told me it would take 4 days and he was right.
