All went well. Perform everything as indicated in the SoW/contract. There is no leakage so far. They have 10 yrs warranty so it gives us peace of mind.

Although I have a million things to do, I wanted to take the time to write this review to show my appreciation for the responsiveness and professionalism of Shawn Reynolds who looked at my mom's roof and provided a detailed estimate. 4 other companies did not respond to my inquiry for an estimate and 2 other companies made appointments for which they did not show and when I called those other companies, they responded they they were "tied up" and wanted to reschedule (which I did not do). Shawn Reynolds kept his appointment, showed up on time, provided a detailed description in writing of what he intended to fix and the cost. When I had additional questions that I sent via email and text, he responded that same day and usually within a short period of time. I researched other companies and found that another company subcontracts an NYC roofing company with a different name that has an F rating. Reynolds Restoration is well reviewed and shows hours for both Saturday and Sunday too. Shawn was even sweet when I sincerely apologized that I decided to go with a contractor for my that had already done work at my mom's a long time ago and knew my sister. Even now, I am afraid that I may have made the wrong decision that I did not go with Reynolds Restoration. Thanks Shawn.

Sean was very prompt and efficient. The workers took care to protect the windows and cleaned up the debris.

It was amazing!!! Marc and Juan were there everyday - always consulted me on things that had to be done. Everything was included in a very fair price. After job was completed, they came back to do some incidentals without question. This is a must use company - efficient, professional and reasonable!

It went very well. They did the work with care and concern. I found them to be honest and trustworthy. They did the work as if it were their home being repaired. They did everything I asked of them with respect. They cleaned up everything. I will recommend them to my friends.

They are great people. No, I didn't end up using them. The owner who came over was very professional and great. I haven't even done the work yet. Reynolds's is a very good company in my eye. He didn't charge for the estimate. They were really good experience with Mr. Reynolds's. I believe his name was Shaun. I spoke with the man. He talked with me, and sat with me. He sat at my table. He explained everything. I haven't done the work yet. As an company he was very good. He came and explained everything. He was patient, and he didn't charge anything for what he done. I thought he was a good person. He was very good. I admire them. He broke it down for me, and explained what was what. He explained what was required. Everything was fine.

I had a very good experience with them. I haven't done the work done on the roof as yet. Speaking on reynolds alone they are very good, very professional. I spoke with a Sean Reynolds personally and it was a great experience. Dealing with Sean Reynolds, they seem like a very good company. I would give him an A across the board. He came out, we sat at my table, we discussed everything with great detail. He left me with no questions. I would use him again to give a consultation.

I called Shawn a few weeks earlier about this unique job. I had to order some parts online and he said as soon as the parts arrive, let me know and I'll schedule the job. He came a few days later and did a great job. I've used Reynolds Restoration on a few jobs over the years, mostly complete roofs having to be replace and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a really good quality job, great customer service and a fair price. He's not looking to make a quick buck and leave. He's been in business many years and I know he will be there in the future if I need him for another job.

Went very well ,, very neat and on time ... Any problems Shawn was there to answer all my questions .... Thought I had leak back in new work he did ,, he came and told me it was siding but man of his word and very kind and easy to deal with ...

They are well-known and were recommended by a relative for their excellent work. They are very detailed in their work they are providing and treat you like their only customer. They are fair and reasonable price. They did a FANTASTIC job and were very professional and nice. I would definitely recommend them. With the price I paid, my wife and I had enough for them to install several windows in my home. A MUST HIRE !!!!

We had a leak for 3 months on our porch coming into our house. We had two other roofers come and try to fix the problem... But to no avail. Then we called Reynolds restoration, and they knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it quick, and there were no issues afterward. I would definately recommend Reynolds to any of my friends that need work done. Professional, reasonbley priced, and great work!

Fantastic. Great price, and great people to work with. I've dealt with a number of local contractors and they're mostly nightmares. Reynolds Restoration are fantastic.

Sean was was honest and gave a very fair price . I have a warantee and whenever there is an issues he is quick to respond and repair. I had a leak for over 10 years we could not find and went through a dozen contractors but Sean found it and stopped the leak by my window . This is a very experienced and reputable company I would recomend this contractor to friends and family .

The old shingles were coming off here an there in high winds. After a few calls to other roofers for bids I decided to go with Reynolds Restoration. The price was about the same as the other bids but Reynolds was more professional during the process so I went with them. As far as the work goes the workers showed up on time and the work was completed on time as stated in the original bid. They cleaned up my property afterward and the roof looks great. Job well done.

Shawn Reynolds makes a nice presentation. He displays his religious ferver and kindness, but after the job commences he is nowhere to be found. He did a job for my parents, who are elderly. He had some very nice qualities, however, he never supervised the job. My mom said she was told that he had a full time in NYC and had his workers manage themselves. His crew did damage to my Dad automobile and his fence, and they left a lot of debri in his garage. Although Marie, his assistant was adept at getting every penny owed to him, he never made good on the property damage, or the removal of the debri which is still sitting in my parent's driveway. My parents are in their eighties no less...so much for working with a man that claims to be religious. My mom has called him repeatedly with no relief. The work seems to be good, however, I think that the talent lied with the crew who seemed to be neglected. As for Shawn, I would not recommend him
