Pleased with the results so far

Had a water leak on my building cinder block wall. Reliance responded quickly with a fair quote and began work as soon as weather permitted. They chipped and crapped the wall, sealed the cracks and waterproofed. Very happy with the work. Their crew were knowledgeable and friendly. They even waterproofed a section of another wall not included in the contract at no charge. Even left me some excess waterproof sealer in case I needed it in the future. Would highly recommend.

The quality of the work was excellent, and they were very accommodating. The price was very much in line with other estimates that I got. They showed up when they said they would. I recommend them highly, and would gladly use them again.

Prompt and reliable, they arrived at the time they said they would and the work (repair of basement walls and ceiling) was completed in three days. My thanks to Khaja and Shahab for providing a great project at a reasonable price as well as the quality of the workers who did the repairs.

The back of my brick house was in need of desperate repair. For a long time I couldn't get anybody to tackle the project. Mohammed and Khaja said they could do the work and it came out above and beyond from what i expected ! I would highly recommend Reliance.

Mohammad is really honest and sincere and i highly recommend him. Im having him come back and do other work for me. I had other quotes and find him resonably priced and affordable. Had him replace cement floors in basement and was pleased with the work and time. Realiable and honest. These are the people we need for home improvements.

I had brick work done with an air conditioner sleeve installation including removing the old AC. I also asked for rigid foam insulation behind the brick. They had no problem working out the design with me to my specs. The bricklayer is a master craftsman and somehow he matched the bricks to my old bricks from the 1940s. I will be hiring them again. I got other quotes from other companies, but I chose Reliance because of their professionalism (calling and texting back and coming to see the job on time) even though there were other cheaper quotes. You get what you pay for is a lesson I learned the hard way. Thanks Reliance for a job well done!

I hired Reliance GC for a small project. Mohammed is very knowledable and easy to work with. Communication was excellent, the project was completed in a timely manner and the price was fair. They went an extra mile to clean up after the work and left the house spotless. Reliance will be the first place I call when I need any masonry work done.

I hired this company to repair a leaking skylight. They responded promptly to my request and was very professional. They gave me 3 options on the type of work they would do to repair the leaking skylight. I opted for the most expensive option because it came with a 5 year warranty from them. Their price was very affordable compare to other companies. I must have made changes to the contracts at least 3 times. They had no problem accommodating all of my requests. They completed the job when they said they would, working on the roof from morning 'til it was too dark outside to see. They came back following days just to add finishing touches. They were pleasant and professional and I would definitely hire them again.

They do what the agree to do and they complete the project.

I am very satisfied with the work that was provided. They did what the contract read they changed the window lentils and repaired the loose mortar from the stoop, painted and also power washed it. You can see Mohammed and his workers know exactly what they are doing. The front of the house looks brand new. I would definitely recommend them.
