Description of Work: The company installed a window in a boiler room in the basement. |The window had to be put in from a 54x54 inch, only 31 inch high space. |They also repaired the bottom cement step on my backyard steps. I was free to add any other needed repairs no matter how small. Everyone was very courteous |and eager to work. Cleaned up well before leaving.

Description of Work: I had read good reviews of their work on Angie's List, so I called two Fridays ago. The secretary took my information (I wanted an estimate on redoing the entire first floor apartment and the front porch), told me they may not be interested in coming out to Marine Park, and told me that the fellow in charge would come to see me on Tuesday, but would call first to confirm on Monday. More than a week has passed and no one ever called or showed up. Of course, I'm not going to use them--if they are too above calling someone for something this simple, it establishes that they are somewhat unprofessional and unreliable. I'm disappointed because the other reviews made them sound good.

Description of Work: He came by but never submitted a bid. He suggested doing a more involved job than necessary and when I said no, I think he thought it was not worth it. I did tell him on the phone that it was a small job!

Description of Work: My home insurance policy insisted that I replace and repair the bluestone in front of my house in Park Slope, Brooklyn. They got all the necessary permits and created a safe temporary walkway while working on the job. They ordered new bluestone and did painstaking preparation so that the stoners would sit right. I was consulted at every step. They cut and installed thge bluestone beautifully. Rahmann's workers and supervisors are first-rate. It was a pleasure working with them in every way. Super reliable; easy communication; no cutting corners; high standards of workmanship. I plan to use them for other work as well as needed. The price was fair given the quality of the materials and the time and care taken to do the job.
