Kazi came on time, with two workers, around 9:00am. They painted two rooms, including, walls, ceiling and doors. They were professional and finished around 5:00pm. They moved and covered the furniture prior to painting. Once completed they replaced the furniture and touched up any painted areas, that I requested. All in all, I was very satisfied with the work done. I have used Kazi before and plan on using him again, when the need arises.

The railings came out beautiful. Kazi did my porch previously so this really topped it off. The railings give my house such richness. The measurements of the railings were perfect and the railings were installed very solid. Would definitely recommend Kazi for any job. He is on top of every step and the customer's satisfaction is his priority .

It went very well, they were very polite and respectful. Overall it was a great experience. They went out of their way to make my yard look beautiful, they cleaned up leaves in the front of the house without me even asking them to.

Kazi (contractor) presented us with an agreement with the price and the time frame specified. He adhered to the price and finished the job faster than agreed. He was always responsive and worked with us and our budget constraints. Kazi was always very professional and courteous. He took the time to understand our wants and needs and explain what could be done, how and why. His crew was always friendly and clean. They did an amazing job with a very old house that needed a lot of TLC and was neglected for a while by previous renters. We get tons of compliments on the quality of work done, especially on walls and floors. Our friends and family are amazed when they see the before pictures and the finished product. We are planning on having other projects at a later time and we will definitely call him to do the work. A+++

Kasi was extremely responsive in getting together for the quote. His price was very competitive and he was able to work around my schedule, which was very tight as I need to get an interior wall repointed ASAP as to let my painters finish up in my bathroom. The wall was quickly repointed and done very well. The exterior pointing and sidewalk repair followed suit, and was done very well and expeditiously. The last part of the project was the repair and repointing of the front steps, which was also done very well and at the time he finished to my satisfaction. My only knock was that a few days after completion a small hole opened up in the grout in between two bricks and Kasi never came back to finish it. It was a small hole, I fixed it myself, it was pretty easy. At the time I thought it was a big deal, but in retrospect with a little help from my father-in-law it was something I fixed in about 20 minutes. So it wasn't really a big problem, but had to knock him down to a B for it. Full disclosure I intend on using Kasi again if the job/price is right.

Mr. Rahat and his crew did an excellent job - keeping me informed at all times with what his crew were doing and why. The crew showed up on time, were courteous and professional. Easy to talk to and kept me well informed with "lingo" that I can understand. Made great suggestions. The work was completed in 3 days. I was very impressed with the quality of work that I would rehire to do some additional work in the near future.

They arrived on time. The work was well coordinated.well.They keep in contact with me at all times and made sure that the job was satisfactory. The price was less than I expected and I plan using them again to do other major projects I have planned.

Men were there almost every day during job.were very professional- didn't speak much English, but they were all business. they did no fooling around.

The job was suppose to take a week but they were finished in three days, and it looks nice. They arrived on time, went straight to work and did the job without any problems.

Mr. Kazi and his team continue to do what they do best. They provide quality work, in a timely manner, for a reasonable price. We needed a fence in our backyard, but were indecisive about what to get. Mr. Kazi came over, assessed the area and made recommendations based on what we wanted and our budget. In about a week after our encounter, we had a beautiful, painted wooden fence. It took less than two days for the construction and painting to be done. We are so very happy with the finished product. We will definitely continue to use this company again. P.S We must comment on the high level of respect and professionalism between Mr.Kazi and his team. The job went according to Kazi's estimate. He was punctual and efficient, completing the job the same day. He did a quality job. I have used him before and already made plans to use him on another job.

They arrived on time and worked hard at ripping up the old sidewalk..They took the old sidewalk with them and then put down the new sidewalk. We were told in advance of what would take place and what to do to maintain it. The work looks professional. I would recommend this company.

I have hired this contractor before and his work was very good, He is not a relative of mine,, he is Moslem, and I am Christian. he came within a day of my calling him very fast, I pointed out a broken step, and he then noticed the entire stairs and there was no foundation holding it together, he tore down the old stairs and replaced it then they stained the deck with a special paint sealant and the work looked very nice a redwood color. With this the deck could last another 20 years. as I use it a lot to BBQ and use the swimming pool. Mr. Ismail the owner will fix or come back to repair any thing that was done on the job, I complained the the job was expensive, and he did some extra tile work on the house for nothing. I used him in the winter to repair some broken and loose wood tiles, and his worker was so good, that now I am saving to do the entire kitchen about 600 sq feet good and reliable workers are hard to find and this man is one of the best I have found so far from Angie's List.

They responded quickly with an estimate. Actual work was performed ahead of schedule. They removed old basement door and replaced it with a custom made basement door. They even provided an inside latch so that the door can be closed from the inside. The workers were quick and neat. Very professional attitude, You could sense that they took pride in their work.

Ismail and his team were very professional and always on time. They did a great job,. They were very responsive, and i do plan on using them in the future. I would definitely refer them to a friend.

Thanks to Rahat Contracting, I basically have 2 fully repaired staircases that have not likely been really repaired since they were created over 100 years ago. The workers should up on time every day and completed the work within a week. The two long staircases in my 3 family home look great and are strong and secure. The price was good considering the detail that was recreated to match what was previously there. I look forward to working with them again. Thanks.

Excellent work. Staff was professional and courteous . Kazi was responsive and knowledgeable . He gave a fair price quote and kept his word about all the work that would be done. I would highly recommend him. As a matter of fact, I plan to hire him for another job in the next month.

Once again Kazi and his crew did an excellent job for me. This is the second time I've called upon them this summer and I am very pleased with the job. We signed the contract after going over and writing in what I needed done and about a week later they came to prepare the site and pour the cement. It would have been sooner if not for some weather issues. Kazi went over how he was going to do the job before hand and happily answered any questions I had. The driveway section they did was on a slight downgraded from back to front and lower on the left side than the right, Kazi and his men leveled everything to match perfectly. It looks great. After the driveway was done he let me know when it would be dry enough for use and his men cleaned up the site of garbage and washed away all the extra cement pieces and powder that was dropped during the job. Kazi even helped my son put his hand print in the corner. My son was so excited lol. All in all this was another great experience.

The cost was very reasonable. The handrails were installed as discussed and in a timely and professional manner
