 + -1 moreThe customer representative I called was very helpful and courteous and realizing that a broken washing machine was a big inconvenience, and scheduled an appointment for the same day. I didn't get any work done but my overall experience was excellent.
Description of Work: I called to schedule an appointment but I was able to fix the problem before they arrived.

 + -1 moreAt first, I was hopeful: the repairman arrived within 2 hours of my call on a Saturday, was professional, and checked out the problem. He needed a consultation with another repairman. We scheduled an appointment for the following Thursday morning at 8:30, which was the only time they could make it. Thursday at 8:30 came and went. Called the service. Got a phone call at 8:55 from ''the guy'' who asked the brand of oven. He said ''I have no parts and call the company.'' I told him I have no idea what's wrong, or what to tell them so they can send the right part. He hung up. Obviously I'd avoid this service if you can; they wasted almost a week of my life dealing with a problem that seemed relatively minor. Now I have to start all over again.
Description of Work: I asked for help with a malfunctioning oven, which seemed like a simple repair. I had one visit from a repairman who tried to diagnose the problem, and had scheduled a follow up. Work was incomplete.

 + -1 morePROSPECT DID A GREAT JOB. MY OVEN IS VERY OLD AND NOW IT WORKS AS IF IT WERE NEW. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY CAME VERY QUICKLY AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.
Description of Work: FIXED DOORS ON MY DOUBLE OVEN.
