They have helped me lots of times over the years with replacing roofs. I have been pleased with their work. I enjoy this family owned business and use them each time. I know they will always answer the phone and help me with a quick need. They will stand by their work and I will continue to use them in future as well.

They did an excellent job. I was very pleased. They cleaned up after themselves to my satisfaction.

We didn't contract for them to do the work. They were very expensive. Their price was really, really high. We used another company. I think they have a pretty good reputation, but they are just expensive. They were punctual and they were fairly thorough.

Premier was one of the first I called due to recommendations on this site and elsewhere. After a half-dozen bids on the job, Premier was selected to do the work ... after a fair and detailed evaluation of the work needed. The workers came, did their job efficiently and cleanly ... right before the big test ... many days of heavy rains. No leaks, problem solved! I'll recommend Premier to anyone in Brooklyn needing roof work.

They were kind and courteous. They were a bit expensive but the quality of their work was very good. They did a very good job.

Probably the best construction experience we've had in 25 years of brownstone living. Fred, one of the owners, showed up on time, gave a clear explanation of what he thought should be done, and presented options. His price was fair. One pleasant surprise (from any contractor or workman): he was reachable, communicative, and responsible. He did what he said he was going to do, and seems to have done it well. (What do I know from roofing?) But the leaks are gone! His guys showed up on time and got the job done on time. were they a little messy? sure; but nothing compared to my 17 year old son.

As far as the roof is concerned, they did a great job. This may or may not be their fault, but the reason we put the roof on is because there was a slow leak in the top floor aging the condo build ling. The leak actually wasn't from the old roof being leaky but it was from the threshold of the roof door, which was just a piece of wood. It has sort of rotted through over the decades. Heavy rain would get through that piece of wood and get into the top floor ceiling. We actually had to call them back a couple times because it would still leak when it rained, and they checked out the roof entrance and exit and tarred that up. Finally, one of the guys looked at that piece of wood and said he thought that's where it was coming from. I kind of feel like it hadn't been necessary to replace the roof, but we would have had to replace it anyways. They do a good job. They may or may not have known that, it's one of those things that you figure out in the process. I think the work they do is definitely A-quality work. They were quick, reliable, they did the whole roof in a day -- they showed up at 8 AM and were done by 1 PM, and this was in late December. I guess if maybe they'd just sealed up that threshold and not fixed the roof, that would have been a lot cheaper. They fixed the problem but they might have done more work than was necessary at that moment.

They charged me what the estimate was. Their workers were efficient & very clean. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the work they did.

Fred and Anthony Ciliotta are very nice and knowledgeable guys who know their stuff and perform professional work. The problem is, they are very busy. I gave a deposit in March and the work was performed in June. Not a great thing when you've got a leak. I would recommend them for a new roof, but not for a repair if you have interior damage mounting up.

These guys are great. The whole job took two days, I did not need to be home for it except to let them in. Cleaned up job site and took away all debris. Joe showed me around the job afterwards, which included comparing to the neighboring roofs, and I could see how Premier's methods/choices were just smarter and more sensible than the others. One of those contractors was in the running for my job but at twice the quote, and I think I got a better roof than my neighbor did.

Put down a deposit and waited about 5 weeks for the skylight to be manufactured. This was inline with what we were told. Guys did the work in one day. Very professional.

They do exceptional work. Larry, the gentleman who runs the organization, does great work--everything he said he would do, he did. He is honest and made great suggestions, and would stop by to oversee the work. They do good work, but they give me a totally different attitude than they give my husband. I got a cheaper estimate from another company, but they never suggested skylights or a hatch door, coating the chimney exteriors, and it seemed too low. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rep came to appointment on time. Estimate was clear and detailed. Workers arrived on time and completed work promptly. They left no mess.

The estimate was great and they did stick to the price quoted. There were two workers and they did show up on time. The work seemed to be good and I have had no problems with the work since they left. I thought the workers were very professional. It was a quick and easy experience.

The roof was leaking badly. Fred and his men were pleasant to deal with and prompt. He proposed a solution to a longstanding problem, which a vent would solve. While this added to the price and broke my budget, there was absolutely no pressure and he gave me time to make an informed decision. They were also extremely neat and left nothing behind, as many contractors are prone to do. After the job was complete and it had rained, Fred called back to verify that the work met my satisfaction and to remind me of the ten year guarantee.

THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND THEY GOT THE PROBLEM FIXED VERY QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON THE ROOF, THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY FINISHED THE ROOF IN JUST A FEW DAYS AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED WITH THE ROOF.
