We like everything they did. They're very good in removing the debris and laid down a new roof that we're very pleased with. It was what we expected. They weren't necessarily the cheapest but from the reviews we've read previously from angieslist reviewers, they were the one we felt that could be trustworthy, so that's why we ended up going with them even though we felt that they were probably slightly higher than the other bidders that we had. It was the owner who came in and did the inspection of the roof prior to giving us the bid and explained things that was required and wasn't required and the other thing also was that, they were good in followup because we had an issue with a leak after the roof was installed and they were very true to their word in monitoring their warranty and came back, fast in identifying the problem was and resolved it immediately. They're very responsive in followup work as well. The other thing they did for us with the new roof was that they put in a new skylight for us as well.

Fred called back right after I contacted him, although it was after Sandy and many, many people were in need. He explained everything he planned to do, and gave me a date for the work. It was a couple of weeks off and I was worried because I already had a leak, but he came by a few days later with a temporary patch to tide me over. He was on time that day, too! When the date arrived, he confirmed ahead of time, his men showed up on time and were prepared. They worked hard all day, were quieter than I expected for a roof redo, and left the place very clean. I could not have been happier with the workmanship.

Premier didn't do shingled roofs so they referenced me to Avino Roofing mentioning they did quality work. The experience with Avino was not good. They sub the work out to A Real Advantage who subs the work out again. I had to manage the sub contractors whose work was sub standard. I have leaks where there were none and they are still not fixed. Maybe Avino was good at one time but not anymore.

I am happy to report a good experience with Premier Roofing, which I chose after consulting Angie's List. Soon after I phoned the company, the president, Fred Ciliotta, came personally and inspected my roof. He followed up promptly with a detailed written proposal sent to me both by email and postal mail. Unfavorable weather prevented the work from being done on the agreed-upon day, but the workmen arrived a day later after the skies had cleared and completed the job the same day. Afterward, Mr. Ciliotta phoned me to see how everything had gone. I told him that his men had been punctual and polite, and that the only complaint I had was that some TV antenna wires or cables had been left dangling over the parapet that would require me to go up to the roof myself. He said he would send someone over to take care of it, and he did. Overall, I am very satisfied.

I didn't even get a call back for an initial appointment. I called in the morning left a message with a woman, secretary i'm assuming, she said she will relay the message and they will get back to me. Waited all day Tuesday and Wednesday and still no call back. I'm moving on to another company.

I got them from Angieslist. My neighbors had also recommended them. They were very punctual. They serviced me quickly. The skylights were custom built and that was the only delay. They installed the roof very professionally in one day.

Ever since the work has been done there have been problems. They skylight was been leaking. I had to bring in a home inspector and they found problems with the work. The sky light was not sealed correctly. I would not recommend them for anyone.

This required Premier to coordinate their work with my solar contractor.The process of obtaining all of the various approvals and permits consumed the better part of a year. Premier kept in touch with the solar contractor during all this time. Once the footings were installed for the solar system, Premier re-roofed under where the solar structure would be. Because there would be several people walking on the roof during the solar installation and the possibility of damage to the finished roof, Premier suggested that we wait until the rest of the solar installation was done to finish the roofing and put on the top coating. This excellent suggestion was taken and the resulting roofing job looks great. I cannot recommend Premier Roofing highly enough. They were professional in every respect and leaned over backward to accommodate to our needs. The resulting finished roofing reflects their dedication to quality and professionalism.

It went easy. They were in and out in 2.5 days and there was a lot of work beyond just the roof--installing a large skylight, repairing drains, coating neighbor's high brick wall to prevent water leaking into our building, fixed flashings. Also included the aluminum coating. GREAT COMPANY.

Premier Roofing agreed to meet me and give estimate for the job on January 10 between 8 and 9 am, Fred Ciliotta came over and gave me the estimate of $4550.00. I received the written estimate via email on January 17, 2012. I called and told him that I accepted the estimate. Fred came by on January 19 and I signed off on the work proposal and gave him a deposit for the job. The weather and other commitments delayed the start and completion until January 30. The workmen arrived on time and immediately went to work. I spoke to the foreman about my concerns for my satellite service in that I wanted no loss of service due to the work. I had a old dish on the roof that could be removed. The team quickly got their materials up to the roof and started the job. Fred informed me previously that the job would probably be completed by 3 pm. They completed the job a few hours earlier. The old dish was removed and the work was done without any problems with my service. They also took the time to secure my satellite cable to the top edge of the roof with some roofing material. (I thought that was a nice touch.) After they finished the job I was asked to come up and take a look. I was extremely pleased with the finished job. The balance of the cost for the job was paid today, January 31, 2012. I'm now ready for the rain and/or snow.

The roof looks great. The work was efficient and well done. Communication was continual and timely. After the hurricane it was a piece of mind to have a new roof. Thanks for a job well done.

The job was amazing. They were honest with their pricing. They came in and did the job and they were out. They were efficient and easily contactable. I would recommend them. They were fair price. I would use them without hesitation.

I found them on Angie's List and they are excellent. They are very courteous and very prompt, and they finished it when they said they would. Their price was perfectly fair and well within our budget. I looked at three other roofers and their price was very good. Their price is higher than some but it was definitely worth it. I have used them in the past and they are good. I didn't realize it when I looked them up on Angie's List, but the same company had done the roof before about 15 years ago, and whatever their warranty was, it extended well past that.

They did a great job. I was very pleased.

Got a call from them the morining I had an confirmed appointment to meet. Someone called from the office staing that they did not cover that part of Brooklyn. Great thanks. Could you have told me that when I called for the appointment.

Our extension roof leaked on and off, for few years and it was a struggle to convince the deck owner to remove her deck, so we can do repairs. It took us a lot of patience and some, to get her do it. During the negotiation, Premier Roofing owners were kind and generous with their time to help us with the process. We finally voted (Coop building) to hire Premier and his team to do the job on June of 2012. They were professional, friendly, on time and they met all our expectations. As far I can say, everything went smoothly, and I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Roofing to my neighbors and friends.

They sounded great based on their Angie List reviews. However, it turns out that they don't really do much work in Manhattan, even though their website says they work in all five boroughs. This fact did not come out in my initial phone calls with the company, but after a few days, I did get a call back explaining this. Their unwillingness to take on my project might have stemmed from their judgment (based on the telephone call) that my problem could be solved by a handyman doing some caulking with some "trial and error." (I later got another roofing firm out, and the flood test of the roof suggested a different conclusion.)

They responded when I called them, but their prices were too high. I am sure they are good and do good work, but I didn’t use them. I am familiar with them and they have been in business for a very long time. The guy who came out for the estimate was fine and professional. Overall, they were great. Except for their price, they were fine. He knows his business. Their prices are higher than the others. I wouldn’t use them again unless they reduce their prices.

We called in Premier to check out a small leak we discovered in our ceiling. They had a look and estimated within 2 days. After finding out we needed to completely resurface our roof we got multiple quotes. Premeir gave us the most pratical option and also offered a 10 year guarantee which sold us. The work was done within a few hours and the roofers were courtious.

Frank was very thorough and gave an estimate which was what it actually cost. He knows old brownstones, so he took care and brought enough men to get the work done in 3 hours. My tenant said they were courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

This company did an EXCELLENT job. They put a new roof on, replaced 2 skylights and 1 roof hatch. They said the job would be completed in approximately 6 hours and they were right! Their workers were on time, very courteous, and professional. We could not have asked for a better experience. This company is TOP NOTCH!! We would highly recommend them for any type of roof work, you will not be disappointed.

Overall the experience was fine. It's always difficult to spend money that you don't plan on spending (or have) - especially on a new roof, but these guys were the best in terms of professional manner, expertise, and cost. Price wise, they the mid quote from the three roofing quotes. We are happy that it is a major check mark on our home "to-do" list.

Premier canceled our first appointment and we rescheduled the following day. The next morning they canceled again and asked us to call the next week to reschedule. When we called to reschedule, we were told to call back in 2 days about scheduling 3 days later! I wish they had honestly told us they couldn't handle the work. It was a big inconvenience. They clearly were not interested in giving us an estimate. Very disappointed.

They were recommended to me by a man that owned five of the homes on this block and used Premier Roofing. They are the real deal. It was a reasonable price and they came when they said they were going to. They are the kind of company that is so smooth that you can?t image what a problem would be.

They were very good. My overall experience was excellent. They gave a formal written estimate and stuck to it. They performed the high quality work in a professional way. They were very good to deal with. They were helpful in explaining clearly exactly what needed to be done and what they would do. The price was actually pretty good. They were pretty good on the punctuality.
