+ -1 moreA young girl showed up at the door with a mop, bucket, regular bleach and Pine Sol. She had no other supplies. She was not aware that sewage had been involved and relayed the fact that she didn?t have any other supplies. Any of us could have done what she was prepared to do. The required cleaning solutions that is required for this type of situation was not at hand. When I called the office to review the situation the manager was very combative and argumentative. Would not use again.
Description of Work: This cleaning service was supposed to have come to my house to perform a clean up of a basement where the sewer drain had back up and flooded the floor.
