This was a doctor recommendation. I feel much safer as I can sit down and take a bath without the fear of falling. It is very handy for a person with multiple handicaps. The cost was extremely high. The salesperson really up sold the product rather than attempting to find a more economical one to meet my needs. Upon receiving the product, there were bolts missing which would cause leaking if not installed properly. Their response was if we would have hired them for the installation there would not be this issue. I opted to not hire them for the install based on the quite expensive charge. They did finally bring me the replacement bolts. I would not recommend them to others as they are not customer centered.
Description of Work: I purchased a handicapped bath and shower unit. It measures 5 feet in length. They gave me a complimentary shower canopy.
