+ -1 moreThis was last-minute, super-rush project, as we realized we needed to have a room ready in a weeks' time. The room had been a bedroom, but it had been used as a storage room for the past thirty years, and looked pretty grim. I called Poler on a Monday and explained the situation. Poler carries enough insurance to be allowed to work in our building, a very demanding Fifth Avenue coop. On Wednesday morning a man came to look at the space and prepared an estimate. I agreed to their terms and they sent a man to begin work the next day. He worked on it for the next two days and miraculously got it all done, up through priming the walls and ready to paint. The man they sent is a sort of plaster genius. He really needed a bigger and more important room to do his work justice. I will definitely hire Poler again when we are ready to do another room. With more time.
Description of Work: I called Poler to do the prep work in fixing up a small bedroom, closet and bath. They sent a man who scraped, spackled, sanded and primed the walls.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS SATISFACTORY. I THOUGHT THEY WERE KIND OF EXPENSIVE, BUT THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS VERY GOOD. OVERALL, I JUST THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS PRETTY GOOD.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED SOME DRYWALL IN MY HOME THAT WAS DAMAGED FROM A LEAKING WATER PIPE.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE REALLY GOOD. THEY HAD A VERY PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND THEY MADE SURE THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT. WE'VE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES WITH CONTRACTORS BEFORE, BUT WE ARE HAPPY WITH THIS ONE.
