Description of Work: I've taken Yoga classes here. Jenna has done a wonderful job of creating a professional, yet warm space for intimate classes with reputable, experienced teachers. It's a hidden gem in the neighborhood.

 + -1 moreI could barely walk to the appointment. Afterward, I could walk home with a normal gait. Amazing!! Jacqueline showed me some stretches I could do. I went to four sessions, which, along with the stetches she showed me, helped me recover very quickly. She really knows what she's doing!
Description of Work: My back went into spasm, and I was barely able to walk. A strong muscle relaxer and pain medication were having almost no noticeable effect on me. Fortunately, Jacqueline was able to fit me in at the last minute.
