Platinum Cleaning LLC

I got a coupon from Living Social and this was how I heard of Platinum Cleaning. It was a great deal ($39 for two hours of cleaning) so I was initially very excited. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there: First, it took 7-8 emails to schedule a single appointment. (14 total including their emails.) Twice or three times they simply dropped the conversation so I had to send follow-up emails. This was unprofessional and inefficient. Second, when the cleaning lady (her name was Maria) showed up, she was dressed as if she had been on the way to the mall. She told me immediately that this was just for dusting, broom-cleaning, and mopping only. No touching beds nor clothes. This was very annoying to me as I had said in my email specifically what I wanted to get done (including laundry). At the least, they could've told me that this was not included. Maria just didn't seem like she was excited to do the work. She was half-fast. She missed major spots, such as window ledge, bathroom shelves, TV stand shelves. I don't understand how a professional cleaner could've missed obvious spots like that. If there's something on a surface (say, a magazine or a remote control), she wouldn't move it to clean the surface properly. She also didn't bother at all to tidy things up. If magazines are scattered on the coffee table, she'd just leave them like that. No effort whatsoever. When I told her that I normally would clean the bathroom floor with Clorox and paper towel, she said, "Sorry I can't do clorox because I'm wearing black." I mean, if you're going to do a cleaning job, wear your worst clothes, right? While she did her cleaning, I had to do laundry (of bedsheets and a blanket) on my own. I asked if she'd be willing to make the bed now that I already did the washing. She flatly refused, and she insisted that she could not touch any bed. She then asked her boss about it, and she said that would be 20 dollars extra. ???!! It was without a doubt the worst cleaning service I had ever gotten.
