Piscopo Iron Works

From start to finish the job was handled in a highly professional manner. The owner, Gasper Nogara, explained in detail what would be needed and how much it was likely to cost. The contract was clear and anticipated all the issues that were likely to be encountered. The work required the complete removal of the existing handrails so they could be rebuilt at the shop, and then reinstallation at our house. We were told in advance when the workers would be arriving, and they were punctual. Gasper was prompt and responsive in resolving all issues and concerns that arose during installation. We are extremely pleased with the final product, which has drawn compliments from our neighbors. Although more expensive than other estimates we received, the other estimates did not include the scope of work provided by Piscopo, and the results clearly justified the cost.

Gasper was very friendly and responsive and I felt the price was fair for the work done. Even though this may have been a relatively small job for his company I didn't feel treated like a small client. Much appreciated. Would hire again.

Gasper, the company rep, responded to the initial inquiry immediately, was available when it was convenient, was knowledgeable, and answered questions quickly. The guys were punctual, neat, efficient and friendly; the problems with the ironwork resolved to our satisfaction.

After installation, we had some issue with some of the paint puckering, but Gasper stood behind his work and had the bad paint removed and repainted the fence. It now looks fantastic. Gasper is a stand up guy, skilled, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. I would absolutely work with him again.

Very smoothly. Gasper has a large selection on the web to choose from. We emailed back and forth. He came to discuss and take measurements. When the work was done, he emailed suggesting a day to install the railings. The men came and did a beautiful job.

It went very well, and I deal with alot of fabricators and suppliers, being an architect. They were very professional, and advised on the design and details of the railings. The railings came out beautifully and they installed the whole job in less than a day. They arrived when they said they would and the railings matched exactly the drawings. A prefect job.

Gaspar is highly knowledgeable and entirely professional - a real pleasure to deal with. He was the low bidder and very detail oriented in his explanation of the work. There were a variety of tricky conditions including a soft roof substrate, several jogs and substantial height changes. Being busy, it took a month of lead time, but installation was completed in a day, swiftly, smoothly and entirely without any need for corrections or adjustments. Perhaps that was because he came back a second time to check all his measurements prior to fabrication. Measure twice, cut once. I recommend him highly and look forward to doing business with him in the future.

Our whole experience with Piscopo Iron Works was excellent. Gasper, the owner was very responsive, professional and prompt. From the beginning Gasper had great design ideas. Beautiful and practical suggestions. His pricing was very fair. He delivered everything exactly when he said he would. His staff was very knowledgeable and respectful of our home. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. The project totally exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Piscopo Iron Works without hesitation.

Overall, Gasper did an excellent job

This was the second time we used Piscopo. The first was over 10 years ago to build a deck in our backyard. They are still responsive, professional, and deliver high quality work.

He did not even visit the job site no call back.

Gasper was responsive, prompt, and hugely knowledgeable. He and his team were a pleasure to work with. They did a wonderful job with a minimum of disruption. We love the new porch!

It went great. They were able to come sooner than originally thought. They took down the wood stair I was replacing so all I had to do was get someone to remove the rubbish (most was rotted and not worth salvaging). They did a fast, professional installation that I'm very happy about. I used them prior to this to modify my front gate and I will call them again if I need an iron worker in the future. V

Excellent. Gasper is a great guy. Easy to work with, efficient, and helpful. The guys did a beautiful job installing, also (and I am really picky!). I found cheaper providers, but I did not have confidence in what they would do and how the finished product would look. This type of project is too important to entrust with people who have poor communication skills because you can't make changes to a bad wrought-iron job! Has to be right the first time). I really appreciated the time that Gasper took to speak with me (phone and email). I will definitely use Piscopo next time I need any kind of wrought iron work.

Fine. Job was completed in one day when we were at work. Quality was excellent and everything done to satisfaction.

It went very well. The owner stopped by to give us an estimate. He was very friendly and professional. We gave him a 50% deposit on the spot. It was a small job for them so they fit us in when they had time between other jobs. They told us it would take about 3 - 5 weeks before they could fit us into their schedule. The worker(s) stopped by about 4 weeks later and was finished within 2 hours. I didn't even see them! The work they did was exceptional and we paid the balance of the bill after the work was completed.

Although at times it seemed hard to pin them down to confirm the work. They were great! Just be patient and try to be available when they return your call. They are hard workers, quick and efficient. Once we received the cell phone number of Gasper we had no issues and were able to complete everything timely. Would definitely use them again!

The work was begun on the date it was promised. The men (there were three of them) were professional, cleaned up after themselves every day, and worked full days. The work was completed even faster than the estimated time frame.

Second time using them for small repairs. All around excellent from responsiveness to scheduling to workmanship.

The old steel steps were demoed before the install. My house is fully attached so the space was tight. This did not hamper the job! The provider was able to bring all of the parts of the staircase in and weld everything together without a problem. After the installation was completed, they cleaned everything up and took the old stuff with them. My backyard was left spotless! The crew was very professional, courteous and fast! I am so happy with the quality of the installation and the professionalism! They were on time and on spot with the work. When I am ready to have window guards and a security door installed, I will definitely call Piscopo Iron Works. I highly recommend them.
