Picasso gave us a quote that was reasonable, they followed our plans perfectly, they suggested ideas that enhanced the project but most importantly, they did the job quickly, cleaned up every day, showed up on time and stayed in budget. I will use them again and I would recommend them without hesitation. It was truly a pleasure working with them.
My husband and I had waited several years to finally remodel my outdated 1920's brick home. Since we had previously hired various types of companies that did lousy work for us in the past without the help of Angie's List, we wanted to hire a company that would be professional throughout the entire process this time. We searched diligently on Angie's List and based on the many reviews we read, decided to go with Picasso. I contacted Joe and he arrived promptly at the time he said he would. He presented himself in a professional, no nonsense manner which impressed me. We walked throughout my home together and I explained what I wanted to do in each room. He was very attentive and even gave me suggestions. Overall, I was satisfied with his presentation and the cost of the renovation. After much consideration, my husband and I decided to hire him for the job. Joe and his team of 6 - 8 workers showed up promptly at the scheduled time he said and began the major demo in my home not long after they arrived. They were completely meticulous in the preparation for destruction, covering the remaining furniture in the house with plastic and removed what they could into the garage. They demolished my non-functional kitchen completely leaving nothing behind in a timely manner, which was very impressive. At the same time, some of the other workers demolished a dividing wall in my dining room and were very careful in containing the debris. By the end of the work day, they cleaned up all the construction debris they made in the house. They installed new hardwood flooring throughout the first floor in a quick and synchronized manner that you wouldn't believe. They were very hard working, no nonsense and considerate. Joe recommended a stair company to install a new exposed staircase in my dining room which had us completely blown away with the final result. The staircase is a total masterpiece on its own. He also recommended a kitchen cabinet company which produced custom cabinets for us, and we were pleased with the final result, even though a few issues occurred with specifications on the part of the company representative. Joe's team installed new backsplash tiles surrounding the counters as well as new ceramic floor tiles and appliance installation, each of these done in the most efficient way. They also painted the entire 1st Floor of my house in colors that we ALL had avid discussions about. Joe has an eye for what looks appealing in a home and we are satisfied with how the colors appear, which are very comfortable for us. The entire renovation took 3 weeks, Joe was correct in the amount of time he said it would take. So, It is with great satisfaction that I write this much anticipated review for Picasso. I can honestly say this has been both an exciting and memorable experience they have given us. The transformation of my home was totally amazing. I highly recommend this company for all your construction needs.
Description of Work: First Floor Renovation Including: Kitchen Remodel Painting Sheetrock Staircase Flooring Tiles
I recently hired Picasso Renovations to do work on my new apartment.? This is the first apartment I have ever owned and I was naturally very nervous about every step and every choice.? I didn?t need to be- at least not when it came to the renovations. George and his team?took my 200 year old co-op apartment and brought out everything it was and everything it could be; honoring its history and its natural structure while making it look brand new.? The walls and ceiling were cracked, chipped and uneven; the paint dull and lifeless; and the floors gapped, worn, and rough.??They basically rebuilt the walls and ceiling with mesh and plaster and put in gorgeous flooring.??They paid attention to the smallest detail, highlighting the extensive molding around the apartment and removing all flaws from the walls.??George never hesitated to offer suggestions based on his knowledge and experience while listening to what I wanted for the apartment.? He responded immediately to all of my calls and made a big effort to have the work done as soon as possible; knowing I had to move out of my old place.? The end effect is magnificent and I will be forever grateful.? George and his team took a tiny, worn, starter apartment in a great location and turned it into an incredible forever home. ?I would not, and do not, hesitate to recommend Picasso Renovations to anyone looking to do work on their home

I did not hire George although I wish I could, was not my decision not to. But since it was a family decision which required a written estimate, which George explained why he doesn't do them, I could not proceed in hiring his company. He extended his help if I needed. I appreciate that.
Description of Work: When I contacted George by phone he responded quickly. I was impressed with his knowledge . He came to my home and spent a long time going floor by floor to inspect what he could without doing demolition. He also brought a roofing expert with him. I like the way George explained everything. He is thorough and like I said a wealth of information.

I had always dreamed of renovating my home, changing things up and bringing new life into my place. My husband and I are very optimistic and happy go lucky personalities and unfortunately our home didn't really reflect on our life or the people that we are. Which brings me back to my husband who is actually very particular and shall we say at times stubborn. As we are getting older our health has declined and we were facing difficulties with our apartment as it is multiple level and we were basically bound to one level and require scooter assistance to get around. Our misfortune with our health in turn gave me an opportunity to finally do a renovation. My obstacle once again began at this point when choosing a contractor that my husband would feel comfortable with and trust (he is on oxygen 24 hours a day) and of course complete our project within our time frame as we were still living there as work was being done. Thankfully we found George and his partner when interviewing contractors. My husband was comfortable with them and George who managed our project was very hands on from the beginning. We were apprehensive in many ways as well as overwhelmed to say the least. I could never have imagined the peace of mind, guidance and comfort we received throughout the process. We felt not only a part of a team and were included on all decision making but we became like family with George. Which brings me to the crew of men who completed the work. They were so diligent and professional and often times we didn't even notice that they were there. They showed up on time and they worked! What we witnessed as far as actually seeing progress was as if we were watching time lapsed television. Day after day we were astonished by how much work would get finished. I have never seen people that worked in such a synchronized and efficient order as if one knew what the other needed before he needed it. To say the least we were amazed. What impressed us even more was that they were so polite, courteous and oh so neat. Every day when they finished ,my house was swept there was no garbage or debris left behind and I never heard of this in a construction zone, let alone seen it. We are so happy in our new and accessible place, and it has given us so much more freedom and comfort as well as the ability to share and entertain those we love. We could never have imagined that it could have been done so painlessly. When George and his crew had been gone a week or so we actually missed them as we had become quite attached. When our friends and family come over they can't stop complimenting the changes or commenting on how impressed they are with the transformation in such a short period of time. I could never have believed it to be possible to do so much quality work in such a short time frame, it truly felt miraculous. I cannot recommend or thank George and his crew enough and will forever be thankful for the impact that it has made on our lives!
Description of Work: Our project was to have a garden level apartment as we consolidated and moved to one level in order to be independent and mobile again. The apartment renovation began with a complete demolition. He framed the entire house and did all new electric and plumbing. New kitchen and bath were installed as well as adding new doors and windows. Sheetrock, tiles, new closets, hardwood flooring throughout and a custom paint job. We had difficulties choosing colors and George and his designer held our hands and helped us through the decision making and we ended up with wonderful and vibrant new spaces.
From the first meeting my husband and I had with George, we knew that we had made the right choice. George listened to what we wanted. and offered us options to make it all happen. The crew was courteous and helpful. They awaited my arrival home each evening to show me the progress that had been made. There were countless trips to Home Depot to obtain the fixtures and other details that made our home just what we wanted. The quality of work is superb. I am the daughter of a general contractor, thus having high standards. The work exceeded my expectations. I will use George and his delightful crew again and again. It is nice to have a crew that can be trusted to work in your home and be diligent to meet all expectations.
Description of Work: George and his crew worked with my husband and I to create a new home in an old house. They completely gutted the third floor of our multi-family home and began the renovations from bare walls. After running the exlextrical lines, cable and plumbing, the covered the walls with Sheetrock and plaster then prepared to create the rooms within the new walls. They created a brand new kitchen with an open concept. To do this, they had to expand the plumbing and run new pipes and lines up from the second floor. We also required and upgrade of our existing electric panel. The house was built in the 1960s, so all of the electrical outlets and and lines needed to be replaced. Our kitchen has beautiful granite counters, shaker style cabinets and an island as large as my dining room table. George and I spoke daily about what my needs were, and he surely delivered. They were able revive my bathroom, and restore the original skylight. A high end bathroom was constructed using tile and elegant glass shower doors. The crew built a lovely balcony off the back of my house. They laid beautiful terracotta tile and a custom steel railing. The flooring George helped me choose gives my home a richness. We agreed on hardwood flooring throughout the apartment. The last step was painting all rooms. George sat with me and helped to choose the colors for each room. The crew painted every in of my home with precision and did not miss a bruch stroke.
It went amazingly well. George was a great calming influence while my wife and I were freaking out over the problems. He brought in a large crew that was able to do a number of tasks at once. The men showed great expertise in restoring our walls and ceiling, as well as in tiling the bathroom. Whenever there was downtime, George had his crew doing other minor repairs around the house: fixing doors, cracks around the window frame, cementing an outside wall and more. The house was left spic and span at the end of each work day. What felt like a nightmare quickly became a five-day minor inconvenience. When the work was completed, on a Saturday, the house looked as if nothing had ever happened. The price was fair, the work was top notch and the service was the best I've ever experienced with a contractor.
Description of Work: George and his crew came in a speedy response to leak from upstairs bathroom that was causing the living room ceiling to sag and damaging crown molding on the walls of our brownstone. We discovered the leak over Columbus Day weekend, but George came right over. They opened the ceiling as carefully as possible to reveal that the leak was coming from the stall shower and discovered a secondary leak from where the toilet had been poorly seated. They had to rip out the shower stall to fix that leak problem, but did an excellent job in restoring the stall and re-tiling the floor and walls. They painstakingly pulled out the bathroom vanity to check for any leaks from the sink. They removed, resealed and replaced the toilet. Finally, they sheet rocked the hole in the ceiling, repaired the crown molding and painted the ceiling and walls.
This is not the first time that I have used George and his very professional crew. The first time, George repaired the storm-damaged home that my elderly, disabled parents reside in. Everything went so well that when it was time for a remodel on the home I reside in, I did not hesitate to call George. Well, he did it again! Remodeling a kitchen and a bathroom can be a very disruptive event, but thanks to the efficiency and professionalism of George and his crew, the work was completed with a minimum of disruption. The new kitchen and bathroom are gorgeous! The care and precision the crew took with the tile work on the floors and walls made for a finished product that looks fabulous! When George saw the paint color I had chosen for one of the rooms, he gently suggested that I might want to reconsider my choice. With his assistance, I selected a different color that was more complementary to the colors in the adjoining rooms. I must say, he was right. The finished product looks terrific! The work in my parents' home was also completed with the same professionalism as the work in our home. The replacement of the water-damaged walls and ceilings was done quickly and cleanly. The electrical work was also completed in a professional manner. George and his crew are fabulous! If I ever need work done in the future, George will be the one that I call. Thank you George, for another job so very well done!!
Description of Work: George and his crew performed a general remodeling of our home, as well as some much-needed repairs to my parent’s home nearby. Our remodeling project included a new kitchen, new bathroom, tile work, and painting throughout our three-bedroom home. In my parent’s home, a leak caused damage to ceilings and walls that George’s crew replaced and painted. George also brought in an electrician to replace electrical outlets and lighting fixtures that had been damaged by the leak.

WHERE DO I BEGIN! I CONTACTED GEORGE OF PICASSO REGARDING MUCH NEEDED HOME REPAIR ONE WEEK AGO. BACK IN JANUARY, OUR WATER TANK CAUSED A MASSIVE FLOOD IN THE HOME AND DESTROYED EVERYTHING. BEFORE CONTACTING GEORGE AT PICASSO, OUR LIVING CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN UNSANITARY AS WE STRUGGLED TRYING TO FIND THE BEST CONTRACTORS. OUR PRAYERS WERE ANSWERED WHEN I CAME ACROSS PICASSO RENOVATIONS. MEETING GEORGE AND HIS TEAM, AND THE COMPLETION OF THE WORK WAS LITERALLY ALL IN ONE WEEK. I CONTACTED HIM REGARDING AN ESTIMATE AND WALK THROUGH OF THE HOME ON MONDAY 7/28, GEORGE WAS IN MY HOME FOR THE WALK THROUGH TWO DAYS LATER, AND THE WORK BEGAN ON MONDAY 8/4. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TUESDAY 8/5. LITERALLY, TWO FULL DAYS IT TOOK TO COMPLETE THE WORK THAT OTHER CONTRACTORS SAID WILL TAKE 3 WEEKS. WE COULDNT ASK FOR A MORE PROFESSIONAL STAFF. THEY ARE A GREAT, EXCEPTIONAL,EFFICIENT, METICULOUS, TRUSTWORTHY, INFORMATIVE TEAM. I CAN GO ON AND ON ABOUT THE GREATNESS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE PHENOMENAL. EVERYTHING NEEDED REPAIR! THEY REMOVED ALL THE CARPET IN THE ENTIRE HOUSE, THE LIVING ROOM, CLOSETS, KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND HALLWAYS ALL NEEDED FULL REPAIR. THE CEILINGS AND WALLS AS WELL WERE COMPLETELY DISMANTLED AND PAINTED OVER. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVEEE THE WAY THE ENTIRE HOUSE IS PAINTED. IT IS EXTREMELY NEAT. IT LOOKS LIKE THE BRAND NEW HOME WE PURCHASED 17 YEARS AGO. WE DO NOT LOOK FORWARD TO ANY MORE HOME DAMAGE, BUT THE MOMENT WE HAVE ANY FUTURE HOME PROBLEMS, WE WILL INSTANTLY CONTACT GEORGE OF PICASSO. HE WAS BORN TO DO THIS! THE BEST CONTRACTOR THAT HAS PATIENCE, HONEST AND BEYOND HELPFUL. HE WAS DEALING WITH US THAT ARE UNINFORMED ABOUT HOME REPAIRS, AND COMPLETELY LOST WHEN IT BOILS DOWN TO CRITICAL SITUATIONS. ABSOLUTELY OLD FASHIONED I MUST ADMIT. HE DIDNT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT AND WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR THAT. THANK YOU AGAIN PICASSO RENOVATIONS.

I was impressed that he was honest with me. I wouldn't say I would not consider him in the future when I will have larger jobs. But just to save anyone time. I think they are only interested in large jobs.
Description of Work: Was loking for someone to do several small projects in my home. I was told by I would assume it was George. that they would not be able to do these small jobs, I should find a handyman. So whoever wrote on their review "no job is too small" that is not necessarily true

After several missteps on my part I was able to arrange with George a time to meet. He arrived promptly and was very courteous and smart. He was able to assess the work that needed to be done and was able to provide his estimate as to what work needed to be done. Due to budget constraints we were not able to use Picasso's services. But I would most definitely make them the first people I call when I do have the funds available or if other construction project come up. I can see why people recommend them and why they show up at the top of the Angie's listings.
Description of Work: Provided an estimate for work to be done.
George and his crew did an incredible job on our renovation. We were struck by George's honesty, integrity, and respect for his crew. Throughout our renovation (which they completed in just over four weeks!) George was always available- there was literally never a time when he did not answer his phone. The Picasso crew worked quickly, neatly, and efficiently and always consulted with us about our preferences. I think it's fair to say that George is obsessed with pleasing his clients, and he certainly succeeded with us. The transformation of our home was nothing short of incredible, and throughout the process the Picasso crew graciously completed work that they were not contractually obligated to do: They put insulation around all the windows, added cedar panels to our laundry room and the basement closet, repaired a broken front step, fixed plumbing issues, and even helped our 2nd floor tenant with a heating problem. They modified a bathroom vanity so that it would fit the talavera sink that I insisted on ordering from Mexico, and often gave me a ride to and from the worksite so I wouldn't have to take the subway. If you are looking for an honest contractor who respects his clients and his crew, hire Picasso Expert Renovations. From day one, their work exceeded our expectations. They turned a serious fixer-upper into a beautiful home. Thanks, Picasso!
Description of Work: My husband and I hired Picasso to do a complete renovation of the garden and parlor levels of our new home in Sunset Park. Work included demolition of old kitchen and bathrooms and several walls, new wiring and plumbing, enlarging the bathroom and moving a wall in the kitchen, new ceilings with insulation, new hardwood flooring on the parlor level and a new concrete floor with wood-look tile in the basement apartment. George and his crew also installed new kitchen cabinetry and appliances as well as new base moldings, door and window case moldings, and crown molding in our bedroom. They replaced all the interior doors and the door to the back yard and painted both apartments.
My husband and I are professional lighting/scenery designers/painters for theatre, and have personally done our own remodeling work on our brownstone. In July we had a flood from a broken toilet that ruined two floors/walls/ceilings, etc. of our house, and the thought of having to hire an outside contractor was as depressing as the flood to us. BUT when I checked Angie's List, I decided to call Picasso Expert Renovations. George, with Andy, came over and immediately cheered us up, said all the right things and gave us hope! We are so glad that we have found the perfect general contractor for us. George was ready almost immediately to get us back on our feet again and fix the damage, but, we needed time to think and let the house dry out. They were very flexible and waited until we were ready, and, when they did start, they worked so fast and efficiently that the incredible amount of work was accomplished in under two weeks time. NO OTHER CONTRACTOR would have done this as well! All the guys were great to work with and listened to us when there were concerns or questions. Since we are in a related field of work, they were all willing to share ideas and solutions back and forth with us. SInce I have been a scenic painter for 40 years, I was worried about having outside painters in my home...but, they were great. Very neat and clean and did a great job. I had done trompe l'oeil painting and murals in the basement room that needed the ceiling replaced and of course was worried about it getting more damage from the construction process, but they were very careful and caring with the entire room and it looks great again. Andy was a wonderful foreman and was with us the entire time, and we appreciate all the hard work that he and the other workers did so well and quickly. They really cared about their work and wanted things to look perfect. All the areas of our home that had work done ended up much better than they were before, with many improvements. With our OK, they even worked on weekends and into the evening a bit to get things done, which was great for us since the "pain and suffering" from our flood was so minimized by having Picasso do the work. They cleaned up the dusty areas very well each day. We like that George gave us the freedom to choose all our materials and paints, especially since we have some health issues and are concerned with keeping products as "green" as possible. I did not put a price in, since there are insurance issues that are still being settled, but it was very fair all around. The timing of everything was so well managed by George, that there really wasn't any wasted moments. THIS IS RARE when it comes to contractors. They stuck with us until it was done, a big THANK YOU TO PICASSO EXPERT RENOVATIONS!! (Do view our pictures, that we will post shortly.)
Description of Work: We own a brownstone, and due to a broken supply line on a first floor toilet that ran for many hours, we had a lot of water damage. We had Picasso rip out and replace hardwood flooring in a few rooms, new sheetrock in several rooms and closets on two floors, new entrance doors, closet doors, frames and moldings, hardware and locks, new baseboards, tiling in a laundry area, painting all the new areas, and a new ceiling over our "Endless Pool".

I called Picasso to get an estimate price my new home I just bought. The scope of work included gut renovating the kitchen and bathroom, new wood floor, new molding, plastering the walls. install new cabinets and counter tops. etc....The first day i met with Picasso I thought he was very professional, he has his company uniform on, sounded very sure of his work and the type of service he can deliver. he even offer to show me his current jobs he was working on it. I thought he was a bit caky as if my remodel job was not going to affect him not making money.........after we met I asked him for a quote with he gave me it to me in less them 48 hrs. The price he quoted me was 50,000 just for labor not including materials. After weeks of searching I thought his price a bit lousy. When it comes to quality I don't mind paying. but if I can get the same quality of work for less I will go with plan B, which I did. Very happy with my decision.

When doing research for contractors on Angie's list, one definitely stood out, Picasso. Comments about their quality of work, punctuality, advice, estimated length of time to finish the project were all true. I cannot say enough about George Paizis and his entire crew. They even finished a day earlier than scheduled. I have a two family home in Brooklyn that had extensive damages, inside and outside, caused by wind and rain from Hurricane Sandy (the list of things they did appears above). My parents live in the home and are both elderly and disabled. George and his crew made sure that my parents were not disturbed during the 6 days they were there. I felt confident that all was well and did not feel the need to stay at the house to watch as the work was being done. This is not often a feeling I have when people are working on my house. These guys were fantastic! The work they did was superb! It was clear that each one of them took great pride in their work and that they really care. They were neat, clean, and totally professional. Even my neighbors commented on how polite and professional the workers were. I highly recommend George Paizis to anyone that needs work done in their home. I would absolutely not use anyone else!.
Description of Work: George and his crew performed a wide range of repairs on my storm damaged home. They repaired and replaced ceilings and walls, replaced door frames, replaced moldings, replaced outlets, painted (ceilings, walls), sealed and recapped all windows, repaired cracks in stucco, painted the outside of house, waterproofed the back of the house, repaired cement damage on steps and garage, painted garage (floor, walls, ceiling), and replaced the roof. The garage was an especially large task as there was 40 years worth of "treasures" my parents had accumulated. George's crew cleaned it all out, carefully checking on all items with me before moving some of those treasures to the trash.

If you're scrolling through Angie's List trying to find a honorable, skilled, responsive and creative contractor who can deliver on time and on budget -- STOP SCROLLING -- and call George Paizis at Picasso. I needed to reconstruct a small mezzanine space in a loft apartment. George and his team came in and handled the demolition quickly and cleanly while people were living there. Demolition revealed structural flaws; George proposed a quick, painless, and efficient solution. New windows, walls, floors and electrical outlets were quickly installed. From beginning to end, we were totally thrilled with the job that Picasso did for us. It was professional, prompt, careful and caring. We always felt that Picasso was paying attention and trying the do the best possible job. The job was done perfectly. I can not wait to use them for our next job! And, I intend to recommend them to anyone who needs work in Manhattan or Brooklyn.
Description of Work: A small renovation project in Williamsburg.
This is my second project with Picasso Expert Renovation. Unbelievable!! It is a pleasure to work with George Paizis who listens to your needs and can envision how you want the project to look. His expertise and recommendations are honest and forthcoming. His team arrived promptly at 8 am every day. They work expertly, expeditiously and neatly. They completed the job way ahead of schedule. They repaired badly cracked and water damaged ceilings and walls and restored the beauty of these rooms. George and his team truly took our home and made it become a work of art!!! If you seriously require expert renovations for your home and want a contractor who will work with you and takes personal interest in your renovation needs, I hight recommend George Paizis and the Picasso Expert Renovation team.
Description of Work: Picasso Expert Renovation team repaired the ceiling and walls in four rooms and six closets. Three ceiling were damaged by water.. They removed three water damaged ceilings and replaced them with sheet rock. They prepared the walls, skim coat, plastered, and sanded to a smooth finish and custom painted each room.
I highly recommend Picasso Renovations for any remodeling project. ?Picasso recently finished remodeling my son's newly-purchased coop apartment. It went from "having potential" to "beautiful" in just a couple of weeks. ?Because the closing date on the coop was repeatedly postponed and my son had a firm move-in date, we had very little time to complete the project. ?I was very pessimistic that it could be done. Luckily, I went on Angie's List and called Picasso based on its very high ratings. ?George met with us within a couple days and after discussing the plans with him, we felt confident that if anyone could get this job done quickly and competently, it was him. ?George is very knowledgeable and experienced and extremely efficient. ?He has good ideas and is not afraid to tell you when he thinks you are making a mistake. ?George and I are both opinionated and we locked horns at times. But it was all for the best. ?The end result was better than we had hoped for. ?Picasso finished the project on time - a first, in my experience - even though we discovered some additional problems along the way. ?The actual price was very close to the estimate, another surprise. ?And the quality of the work was top-notch. ?George takes great pride in his work and for good reason. ?We hope to work with Picasso again in the future and you should too!
Description of Work: Took out existing floors of coop apartment, leveled area and installed new wood floors throughout, repaired all walls and replaced two ceilings including doing beam work underneath, removed all kitchen cabinets and appliances to prepare for kitchen renovation, removed old closet and repaired damage, installed recessed lighting, installed new door, painted everything - and more!
I was under a pretty tight deadline to have this work started and finish and without Picasso, I'm sure it wouldn't be finished in time. Even though mine was a smaller job than Picasso usually works on (more total home renovation and building), I felt I got the same level of great service. George and his crew are really professional and communicative; I knew the progress of the work through the entire project and exactly what materials would go into the new walls. No phone tag, no missed appointments. Work didn't just finish on time - the walls were done and painted earlier than expected. They look great - better than brand new! If you have a renovation project coming up, give Picasso a call.
Description of Work: I needed sheetrock, insulation and baseboards replaced after a nontoxic mold infestation in the basement level of a duplex apartment. The Picasso crew also gave the basement a fresh coat of paint.

George and his team are fabulous. He came a the week after I contacted him (which was even faster than I had hoped/planned) and worked to accommodate my schedule to get the job done. Clearly his motto is to make the customer happy, which worked in our case. We had used Picasso before (for painting and a new bathroom in the basement) and had been very satisfied then too. George was extremely efficient. He checked with me on all important details but also gave very helpful advice when I was not sure what I wanted to do (e.g. he suggested putting cedar siding in the closet, which we now love). The wood floor and the paint job look terriific. This guest room will largely be used by my mother when she visits and my wife and I are sure that she is going to love it. The price seems very reasonable for the work, especially considering he has 5-6 guys working on the project. If you have a room to renovate (or more) don't hesitate to call George!
Description of Work: renovated guest room (gutted existing walls, floor, ceiling, closet, electric) and created brand new beautiful finished room. Ditto with guest bathroom ... built entirely new full bathroom in place of 1950s half-bath. Reasonable price!
