My overall experience with Brian and George was by far one of the best experiences with a vendor that I have ever had. We had just bought a new home and couldn't wait to start remodeling, but were a little hesitant about having contractors in our home because of all the horror stories that we have heard in the past. Picasso Home Improvement quickly set our minds at ease with their professionalism and courtesy. The price was by far the lowest we have come across and blew the competitors out of the water. The quality of the work was outstanding. Any problems that did arise on the job were dealt with efficiently and professionally. Any ideas and designs that we had in mind were thought through very carefully with the experience of a skilled craftsmen. They arrived every day on time and left according to the building requirements. The building was protected and cleaned everyday, neighbors and management had no issues whatsoever. Brian and George were very helpful and professional with codes, rough work and all finish work pertaining to the job.

I recieved several complements on the work that I had done, which was a good feeling. Any damage that needed to be repaired was fixed. What impressed me about this group of guys was that they were very respectful and considerate to my needs. any questions that I had, they answered and always assured me that everything would be to my satisfaction. Picasso Home Improvement is a number everyone should have!

I was very reluctant with whom we were going to use for this renovation. It took me close to 6 months to find the contractor that I was comfortable with. Overall, I can honestly say this experience has been a delightful one with Picasso Home Improvements. The reason I decided to retain them was because they were very professional. What impressed me most was that they were very knowledgeable in their field and they answered all my questions thoroughly. They came every day on time with a great attitude! After the experience that I had with Picasso's, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future renovations.

When my apartment was water damaged by an upstairs neighbor, their insurance company offered a bare minimum monetary sum for repairs which was far less than adequate. After a five month period of time, Picasso Home Improvement met with the insurance adjuster handling my claim, and myself at the site of the damage. They went over the damages and the necessary repair work and all steps and expenses that would come into play in great detail with the insurance adjuster which resulted in a more reasonable offer of compensation from the insurance company. Due to a unique set of personal circumstances ranging from the debt of college loans and an ailing parent, for whom I am contributing financially for their care, all of which has made my financial situation a particular challenge; I regretfully could not award Picasso Home Improvement with the job. My overwhelming concern was that the insurance compensation, while greater than before, would still fall short of covering the cost of repairs should unexpected problems arise. I had to explain my concerns to the men at Picasso Home Improvement, and give them the distressing news that I would have to try and find someone for the job that I could better afford. These men took the news with understandable disappointment, yet with an amazing amount of professionalism. They were understanding and gracious, and assured me that in the event that I could not find some one more affordable for the job, they would still be willing to work with me in the future. My experience with Picasso Home Improvement was very good, with the exception of my own unfortunate circumstances. I am certain that they would have provided excellent services and high quality workmanship. I would recommend this company highly, they are true professionals and I believe they could have delivered an exquisite repair that would have been very high in quality, and if my circumstances were any different I would have hired them for this project.

George answered all my preliminary questions regarding kitchen renovation and gave me some pointers to help me with construction know-how. He was very helpful and understanding of our concerns and issues regarding the renovation. He was generous and was able to give me a first estimate over the phone based on what I described. This was very good because I knew that I could consider Picasso further before they came over for an in home estimate. His partner, Brian was thorough and exacting about cabinets and other issues. I am sure they would do a great job if we went with them. Our job is on hold, so we had to turn down the reasonable estimate. Highly recommended.

It has been mostly positive. I'm used to being a little less rushed. I feel a little pressured to get the stuff, but that might not be a bad thing. They are very reliable, easy to please, they are pretty confident. I haven't really had anything completed yet so it's hard to give them a grade yet. So far it's an almost A. There are two workers, one I would give A & the other B. I would use them again based on the work that has been done so far.

I couldn't be happier! They are very professional, up front and reasonable. Did great quality work and completed the job a day ahead of schedule. Their prices are reasonable as well. I will be needing additional work done in the spring and will definitely use Picasso again.I will not hesitate to send my friends and family to them when they need work done as well! Great experience, overall!!!

A home run! Master carpenter Brian is truly an artist, and George is an excellent and professional General Contractor. They are both extremely conscientious and wonderful to deal with. We looked forward to their visits every day! They felt like part of the family. The rest of the staff were professional and courteous and skilled at their jobs. We knew this was a tough job from its inception, yet they never compromised the workmanship at any time and ensured that the work was always done to our mutual satisfaction. They are truly honorable guys, and come back when they say they will. They address any concerns quickly, and were always available for questions. When Picasso does a job for you, it's like some friends came over to help you out. Any renovation can be difficult for a family while they are going through it, but George will always make you laugh and get everyone through any rough spots! We were very happy with the final result and will definitely use them for future projects.

We needed our kitchen floor repaired. We have some chipped ceramic floor tile that looked terrible in our new kitchen. Our kitchen was renovated back in April; however, since we could not afford a new floor at that time we left the existing floor as is. The previous owner of our home left us a box of floor tiles that match the existing kitchen tiles on the floor. We called Picasso for an estimate on replacing the chipped tiles on our kitchen floor and they came over to our home to see what was involved. They gave us a fair price so we hired them to do the work. They started the job yesterday and were done in one day. The kitchen floor looks absolutely beautiful! The men arrived on time as promised and did not leave until the job was completed. The job was very labor intensive as the men removed the existing cracked tile without chipping the other next to it. Once all the chipped tiles were removed they dug up the old glue and cement that was on the floor and then started on the work of setting the new tiles. Again, this job was very labor intensive, the men did not stop all day. They placed the new tiles perfectly along with the existing ones and did an excellent job! The kitchen floor looks apostolic amazing!! I love it! I cannot thank these men enough; the floor really made a difference and now I am very happy. No one really wanted to do this job for us because it is very labor intensive and were afraid of cracking the other surrounding tiles but Picasso accepted the job and did it with perfection! I am very pleased with their diligence and hard work and would hire them again for other home improvements in our home.

They did anything I asked! I cannot recommend them more. They did a wonderful job. They were men of their word. They showed up even before they were due to arrive. They are gentlemen. It's a pleasure to work with them.

He came to my house and gave me an estimate. He showed me pictures of other houses he did work in. He gave me a time frame of low long the job would take. . .and he actually finished on time.
