Tuning of pianos is the core of our services that we provide to our valuable clients. Our technicians have significant experience of tuning pianos of every class and category, and work with variety of very demanding and professional musicians. Some of our experts have as much as 30-40 years of exceptional experience, and, as far as you understand, have a very unique knowledge and expertise in the field of piano tuning. Our main specialty, however, is piano moving. This service is being provide locally in New York, as well as interstate. Very advanced tools of our workshop allow us to not only tune your piano, but also help you in repairs of different types of complexity. Furthermore, we provide services of estimating quality, value and costs of piano, and may support you in purchasing of your new valuable instrument. As you obviously know, piano is a very gentle instrument requiring carefulness and periodic maintenance. For the best results in enjoying your favorite piano, and based on the world-wide practices, our recommendation is to tune piano at least two times a year.

The day before they said we needed to provide an alternate location for our piano because he didn't have the proper equipment nor the right amount of men. He made no effort to get the piano up the steps. When I spoke to him over the phone, he was not courteous and did do right by us.
Description of Work: They transported the piano from Long Island, to Alexandria, VA and was supposed to take the piano up to the living room as promised.

They were very good! They worked very quickly and efficiently.
