+ -1 moreThe salesman was tops in professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness. It was a difficult. Job. The first time they came, they couldn't do the job because it was complicated. They came back, put up scaffolding and worked very hard. They seemed knowledgeable. Since then, we have had no problem with the window.
Description of Work: Put in a large picture window.

+ -1 morePella was good and I had no major problems with them. They were polite and they did neat work. They seemed to maintain a professional demeanor at all times and in terms of price as far as windows go in this area, they did not charge me too much.
Description of Work: Pella put in more than ten windows for me just before we sold our old home. I bought the windows from them and also had them install them as well. I am talking about your average, run of the mill type windows.
