 + -1 moreOnce he starts working, he is excellent, neat and very professional. He is sometimes hard to reach, however, and you have to call more than once to get him to come over. He never charges more than his estimate and his prices are very reasonable.
Description of Work: I have been using Vinroy for years. He is very much in demand in brownstone Brooklyn for exterior work. He has thorosealed the rear of my house, rebuilt the front stoop, repaired cracks to the brownstone facade, thorosealed the interior of my basement and roughed out a workroom in my basement during the winter months when he is more available.
