This is the only HVAC company I would use in NYC. They were responsive, timely, courteous, knowledgable and professional.

First they fixed broken part and later they lie to me to charge more money. They said my heat exchange is broken and leak but not. My blower had problem. Even if they replace heat exchange with 3200dollars, it wouldn't work without replacing blower.

I'm in construction for a long time and I can tell you this guy is one of the best out there came on time- within the hour was very professional and had my heating going with in minutes. Will definitely use again on big projects too. Thanks so much!

Even though their communication could be a bit better, overall they were great. There were some complication with the repairs but they made sure to fix it all and leave everything in the great condition. Also they work at a good rate, I would defiantly recommend them to anyone in need of AC or heating repairs.

Did everything they promised and when I thought I had a problem with one of the units they returned my calls and came back even after I had paid them in full. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for AC service. Very professional unlike PC Richards who I will NEVER use again for anything. Very happy with their service.

I was very impressed with this company. They were prompt, courteous and informative. Mark was knowledgeable and gave good advice. Right after they finished installation and I had paid them, I noticed some ductwork out of alignment. They came the next morning! Not many companies would do that. Highly recommend!
