+ -1 moreIt was fine, It was an A. I came with the measurements. Once you have that your limited with the size that will fit in that particular area. Because its an over the stove unit. Its not like your choosing from 500 models so that limited the selection and they had what I needed. That was important so I was happy with it. I also use consumer reports before I go to make a purchase.

+ -1 moreI've been using them for years on and off. I think its the convenience that they're close, they're near by. And they have a larger selection and if they don't have something in stock they'll order it for you. I have shopped around and I don't think they are any better or any worse on price. I had someone else install it, they didn't install it for me. It was delivered on time. When they delivered it, it was fine.
