I am not technical at all so my husband can handle that as well.  I guess they've been okay. Some times the TV doesn't work and you have to get on the phone with them and you get frustrated. I can't say how that compares to anybody else because we only...we don't have any other service providers where we live.  We are stuck with them.

Service was good, but Optimum's DVR is very quirky. Dish network has a better system.
