I cannot say enough about Nathan. He is thorough, polite and wanted me to be satisfied with the job. After he left, once my carpet dried, I noticed that I there were a few areas that I wasn't happy with. I texted him and he immediately called me. He returned to my house the next morning and corrected the problem. Before he came, he called to confirm. He told me that he would call when he was on his way and he did. It was very nice to know when he was going to arrive. I am very happy with my carpets and would definitely use him again and would definitely recommend him.
