Response from On Time Carpet
On Time Carpet had an appointment with the customer back in October which was a big huge snowstorm. We called the customer that we would be a little late due to the 12 inch snowstorm, the customer reply it was too late to show up to the wrong location. The first time we went to the customer location which was the wrong location provided to us on the angie'slist which was the customers wife location and the customer explained to us later on that it was a different location, The customer never explained to us that before hand which that would be a big help for On Time Carpet. The drive was about 2 hours and a half which On Time Carpet didn't mind due to always having a number 1 achievement which is to always satisfy all of our customers and providing the number 1 customer service to all of our customers!!!! On Time Carpet always work so hard to make sure everything is done the right way in an accurate manner for providing a professional service for all of our customers. The customer called On Time Carpet and explained that there were 3 rooms with a lot of strains, We explained to the customer in order to remove all stains from the carpet we must use a pre spotter which would penetrate on the carpet for the stains to come off! We tried to rearrange another appointment with the customer but the customer reply that he didn't want our service. I believe that due to the snowstorm even though it was so hard to drive, On Time Carpet tried to make 2 attempt to the location and we were about 30mins away, customer declined the service. The weather was so horrible that the car was stuck from the snow and when we were called by the customer, the customer said that "its not my problem, its your problem"
