Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal offer and On Time Carpet was unable to schedule an appointment for any of the three days suggested. An alternative day was suggested. I found another carpet cleaner who could clean my carpets on one of my preferred dates so I am no longer in need of this Big Deal.

customer purchased ON TIME CARPET coupon on 9/17/2014, on 9/18/2014 we set an appointment for 10/6/2014 between 1-4, on 9/28/2014 we received a massage that this appointment is no longer works for them so we responded OK no problem please let us know when is a better time, on 10/1/2014 we receive a phone call from customer stating that they would like to set up an additional appointment, on time carpet office member was trying to help the best they can, however its holiday session, and we are very busy, customers book there appointments a month or even two months in advance just to secure them selves with the right date and timing at there convenience, our company believes making our customer happy and satisfied, but in this case customer refused to understand that we are trying to help him in the best we can , we can not cancel other customers whom are waiting for there carpet cleaning, we gave the customer all options of open appointment , customer refused to book any of them, we are truly sorry for any inconvenience , however we are still willing to set up an appointment, please feel free to call us at any time so we can help you further. thank you

Description of Work: Nathan & Jonathan of On Time Carpet Cleaning were "on time" and they did a great job! I originally purchased a four room package for 165.00 and then added a sofa, chair and set of stairs to the job. It all came out fantastic! I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Nathan and his assistant cleaned the carpeting on two floors of my townhouse..they were extremely courteous, efficient, professional and concerned that I was satisfied with everything. I had some particularly tough stains that they worked on diligently. They didn't rush, cut corners or make me feel that they were going to be in and out. Use them, you won't be disappointed. Nathan is going to give me a follow up call tomorrow to make sure everything has settled satisfactorily.

Response from On Time Carpet
On Time Carpet did the work for the customer and at the end of the job i explained to the customer once you vacuum the marks would go away. I tried to call the customer 3 times and left voice mail messages but the customer never called me back on the follow up on the job. If the customer responded on the voice mail i would go back to the customer and do a redo on the job without a charge. On Time Carpet is here to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the job. On Time Carpet did the job back in November.

Response from On Time Carpet
On Time Carpet had an appointment with the customer back in October which was a big huge snowstorm. We called the customer that we would be a little late due to the 12 inch snowstorm, the customer reply it was too late to show up to the wrong location. The first time we went to the customer location which was the wrong location provided to us on the angie'slist which was the customers wife location and the customer explained to us later on that it was a different location, The customer never explained to us that before hand which that would be a big help for On Time Carpet. The drive was about 2 hours and a half which On Time Carpet didn't mind due to always having a number 1 achievement which is to always satisfy all of our customers and providing the number 1 customer service to all of our customers!!!! On Time Carpet always work so hard to make sure everything is done the right way in an accurate manner for providing a professional service for all of our customers. The customer called On Time Carpet and explained that there were 3 rooms with a lot of strains, We explained to the customer in order to remove all stains from the carpet we must use a pre spotter which would penetrate on the carpet for the stains to come off! We tried to rearrange another appointment with the customer but the customer reply that he didn't want our service. I believe that due to the snowstorm even though it was so hard to drive, On Time Carpet tried to make 2 attempt to the location and we were about 30mins away, customer declined the service. The weather was so horrible that the car was stuck from the snow and when we were called by the customer, the customer said that "its not my problem, its your problem"
