This review is long overdue! Nathan did a fantastic job, as usual. He is simply the best at what he does. He always arrives on time and is extremely thorough. He does whatever it takes to get my carpets and furniture looking like new, and even goes the extra mile teaching me how to get stains out if they should happen again. (I have a puppy.). I am always thrilled with the results when Nathan cleans for me. You will be in good hands with him.

Having used Stanley Steemer for several years, we decided to try On-time Carpet Cleaning based on the outstanding reviews we found on Angie’s List. We had 2 carpeted rooms, several flights of carpet runners, and some area rugs. Nathan came to the door with boundless energy. After working vigorously on the staircase runner, we were very impressed with how he restored the carpet runners to their original deep color. The rooms and area rugs were clean, bright, and full. Once finished he showed us the coffee-colored dirty water that his machine extracted. We realized that Stanley Steemer did a sub-par job over the years. We highly recommend Nathan and On-Time Carpet.

Pure perfection. Nathan did a wonderful job at a reasonable price and I will definitely hire him again to do future carpet cleaning. I'd also recommend him as a premier carpet deep cleaner. Great service over several years -- They steam cleaned my carpet 2x about 1-2 years apart and did a great job. Then when I was ready, since it's an old rug that's been through a lot, I let them remove it from the house and clean it. They handled moving all the furniture and relaying the rug. Beautiful, like new! Nathan is great.

Do yourself a favor: look no further! This is a gem of a company! Price was the best of 5 other estimates, very professional, exceptional cleaning job for this large rugs. Excellent! Nathan did a thorough and professional job on all the wall-to-wall carpeting in my 2 bedroom apartment and on a chair in my living room. He arrived on time and did the work efficiently. As a result, my carpeting and the living room chair look great. I have used him several times before, and because he did such a good job previously, I hired him again. I highly recommend On Time Carpet for carpet and furniture cleaning.

Great! On time, professional, quick!

It was nightmarish. Nathan arrived, set up his machine on our parquet wooden floor and proceeded to fill the machine with water from the bathroom. He then set down some large containers with the chemicals he uses. When I saw water being dripped on the floor, I asked him to put down a plastic tarp to protect the living room floor. I then saw the the container was leaving a mark on the floor and I became upset at his lack of response. Instead of taking steps to cover the floor, he began calling me "mean." I realized I was not dealing with a reasonable person, but with someone who thought that going on the offensive was the way to relieve him of his responsibility to protect our nice floors. I decided to remain quiet as he raced through the cleaning of the couch and chair, and only asked him once to please clean the flip side of the chair cushion. Even that basic request was met with hostility, to the point where I was ill at ease, and just wanted him to finish and leave. Frankly, I've been a bit nervous about posting a review about On Time Carpet, but I wish somebody who'd had a similar experience had reviewed their work so that I could have been spared this experience. The couch and chair were not cleaned properly. The couch cushions are different colors, and the chair is only about 60% clean.

The cleaning went well. He went over and beyond to get the spots out of the carpet. It looks wonderful.

Company never returned my phone calls & I didn't get any service. Never again!!

Nathan camr when he promised. Told me exactly what he was going to do. My carpets aren’t new but they definitely look better. They are still wet from the service this morning. (6 hour now) Hopefully when I need to go to the bedroom they will be dry. I don’t remember carpets taking so long to dry. That’s my only concern. And I do have windows open and fans and a dehumidifier going.

I had purchased a deal and it worked out great. Nathan was polite, helpful, and very conscientious. The couch looked great when he was done, and he did several passes to take care of some pesky stains. I would definitely hire him again.

Perfectly done. Tough spots in the living/dining rooms are removed. Carpet looks like new, except for the wear and tear that is. Josh also is a pro in disassembling and binding old furniture. He removed a roomful of old furniture, for which I paid him extra. He did a clean and professional job.

Excellent Service. Nathan took his time and all stains were removed. Rugs had not been cleaned in a long time. I appreciate that there was no odor and he used eco friendly chemicals. I rate the service A plus plus. Would definitely use this company again.

Nathan is an absolute delight to deal with. Personality aside, his work is brilliant. Nathan's efforts are so sincere and illustrated in the end product. He had to clean two flights of stairs and a 40' hallway and all came out beautifully. My carpet sparkles and I didn't know carpet could do that!! Nathan was very responsive and a great guy who explained his technique. I hired him to clean a sofa and he threw in my ottoman at no additional cost. Sofa and ottoman dries within a few hours, smelling and looking great!

It went very, very, very well. He was a miracle worker who removed stains and overall left my rug looking brand new. He was friendly & professional - I was overjoyed with the result.
