Description of Work: I am satisfied with the work that was performed. I asked them not to use the kitchen sink but they did anyway. My advice is to be precise about what the rules are for work being performed in your home. The swirl marks from the carpet cleaning machine lasted a long time and that is my only complaint.

Description of Work: The service cleaned three rooms of carpet and a set of stairs. While not all of the surface area was included in the special price, the total was still much less than I would have paid with a different cleaning service. The young men were efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The carpet looks great!

Description of Work: They cleaned four of my area rugs as part of the AL deal for $149.00. Then I had them clean my hallway rugs. It was three hallways and two sets of stairs. They did a good job but I thought the price of $420 was a little high (especially since they were already there for the other service from Angies's list). Scheduling with them was a bit tricky. The first time they were due to come they called to say their machine was broken. I was fine with rescheduling. The second time they were supposed to come they said they were down one worker and asked if they could come later in the day. I could not do that so I reschedule once again. When they came on the final rescheduled date, they were later than I thought they were supposed to be by an hour or so. I have a flexible schedule so I didn't mind too much. But if I was not as low key a person it might have been a problem (especially after rescheduling two times). However, the actual work performed was good.
