Description of Work: Two gentlemen from On Time Carpet showed up a little late but they called first so it was okay. They steam cleaned four areas in my house and charged extra for the hallway. They were very friendly and did a good job. The only reason I would not use them again is that they are from New York and I can get a local company like Stanley Steemer to come out which makes more sense. But otherwise the guys did a good job..

Description of Work: Cleaned 1 room, an area rug and a small landing.

Description of Work: Angel did do a great job cleaning the carpeting. It was the details in the aftermath that I didn't like but was hard to tell right after the job was done. The cleaning on the steps looked uneven. Plus the hardwood that the carpeting was next to looked dirty bc the water from the washer soaked the floor. I had to clean that up. I spoke to the manager and he promised better service next time and a discounted price for the uneven cleaning.

Description of Work: I bought a "special" for $160 and then had them add $400 extra to clean and freshen a couch. Punctual and nice guys.

Description of Work: Before they steamed my convertible couch ,he pointed out areas on the couch that were damaged during my move and areas that had some water stains which might not steam well. I also asked for a price quote for cleaning the whole mattress under the couch(which looked like new , but I knew was dusty from lack of use)I decided not to clean the mattress. I was happy with the outcome even with few little water stains ,Nathan felt sorry it was not perfect, so he steamed the top of the mattress for me Gratis. I'm very satisfied. Great customer service! Very responsive.

Description of Work: I bought a 4 room coupon on Angie's List and planned to use it on my newly painted and vacant tenant apartment. I received a phone call to let me know when they would be arriving. They came "On Time!" They brought the equipment up to the 2nd floor and explained what they were going to do. They groomed the carpeting after cleaning to fluff up the shag. After they finished, I discussed cleaning the entry hallway and stairs. He gave a fair price and this job was completed as well. They worked for about 2 hours. I would recommend them.
