Description of Work: They cleaned my carpet in my entire house. The house was empty so it was pretty simple. 2 guys arrived after being late. The "boss" did little...making his employee do virtually everything. The worker was not very thorough ie. They cleaned one doorway but not the other. The "boss" stood in my kitchen and told me how committed he was to quality while he ate a sandwich while his guy worked. They also said they would follow up the next day and I have never heard from them.

Description of Work: Basic Service was excellent value & they did a very good job-but the additional fee for cleaning the steps seemed excessive (almost as much as the price for cleaning the carpets for 4 rooms)

Description of Work: They were responsive and scheduled me quickly. They appear to do a thorough job while cleaning. However I don't think the effectiveness was good at all. They were not able to get out any of the stains on the carpets (or on the sofa that I had paid extra for). It looks as though the stain goes away when it is wet but when it dries after they leave, you realize that nothing actually came out. There's nothing special about the cleaning products they use. They are not organic or all-natural in any way-not sure what "Eco-Friendly" means!! The owner who came assured me he would call me the following day to followup and took my number down three times but never called. Nice enough people but treatment wasn't effective in my case.

Description of Work: Our old sofa was cleaned in our home. The worker, supervised by the company manager, was thorough, neat, and careful, never rushing. The manager patiently and clearly answered all the questions my wife and I asked him about the cleaning process. He was attentive to and mindful of our concerns. We were very satisfied with the work: almost all of the embedded dirt was removed from the fabric. The equipment used seemed advanced. The price was reasonable, and a proper receipt was provided.
