Description of Work: They were supposed to clean a sofa. They were awful. They never moved the piece away from the wall. They said that was not necessary. They did not vacuum the sofa before applying the solution. When questioned they said the tool they used did both jobs. They did not do the sides or arms of the piece,when I questioned this, the helper ran the machine over the area. They told me that when it was completely dry it would be fine. They said they were not cleaning but "refreshing" whatever that means. The boss spent the entire time he was here on his cell phone. |This was probably the worst experience I have had with a service person in my many years of home ownership. I do not think I will use Angie's list again. |
