Description of Work: I added a footstool and he had to remove and clean both sides of the cushions so the $99 I paid to Angie's list would not have been sufficient for the type of sofa I had cleaned. |It should have been made more clear that the sofa in the ad was for a sofa without cushions. The entire cost for cleaning my sofa and a footstool was $224.00.

Description of Work: Upon arrival I was advised to use their shampoo and the cost was $200, that was not what I expected since I have had my rugs cleaned before by Sears and others for $100. I finally agreed to $150. Sears cleaning was much better.

Description of Work: They cleaned a filthy wall-to-wall carpet in a huge finished basement. They worked long and hard and did a fabulous job, working multiple times on stains that didn't want to come out. Because they charged extra for stain removal, I ended up paying over $100 extra on top of the Angie's List special deal price of $119, which seemed like a lot, but I don't know if other providers would have charged any less. I would definitely hire these guys again if the need arose.

Description of Work: except for scheduling, great job of cleaning the carpets. 1st appointment was for 12-3. He called at 1:30 to tell me he was on the way but he's in Manhattan. so I cancelled. 2nd appoint requested 1st appointment. another 3 hour window. 9-12. he called said traffic was terrible be there at 1:30. Once he arrived nothing but great marks for the carpet cleaning.
