Have not heard from the company.
Description of Work: I bought the 119 deal for carpet cleaning a couple of weeks ago and listed three requested dates for service, but have not yet heard from On Time Carpets. Will review them when they call me and I can get my carpets cleaned.

Description of Work: I was using their Angie's List Deal. I made an appointment for upholstery cleaning. A few hours before he was to arrive, their office called and said he was running very late. I offered to reschedule and we agreed on another day and time. Then a few hours before the appointed time, I again received a call from the office. I was informed that they do not service my area. I live in Eastern Nassau County and their info on Angie's List says that they do. If this was really the reason, wouldn't they have noticed this when setting up the first appointment?

On Time Carpet did not do the work for the [Member Information Removed], when the [Member Information Removed] called, the technican from On Time Carpet explained to the [Member Information Removed] that the company only goes as far as 60-70 miles out, the [Member Information Removed] is around 100 miles away from the [Member Information Removed] the location which was north of suffox. The [Member Information Removed] did not [Member Information Removed] and [Member Information Removed] yelling due to we do not service that far. On our angies [Member Information Removed] profile we do service long island but within the range of 60-70 miles out.

Description of Work: $99 to clean an oriental carpet seemed very reasonable. The cleaning was a regular steam clean so I don't know what the significance of a 'oriental' carpet cleaning. Immediately upon arriving On Time Carpet offered a more thorough cleaning for a higher price. I opted for the cleaning as in the special offer. Two On Time Carpet people arrived on a rainy day. To clean the oriental rug On Time Carpet needed a water source with hot and cold water so I needed to put down towels so they could access the kitchen sink and not soil the floors during my $99 oriental rug cleaning. Visibly I did not see a significant difference before and after but that could be because the oriental rug was not visibly dirty.

Response from On Time Carpet
The technician spoke to the customer a day before of arranging an appointment and the customer never mentioned of not appearing on a rainy day of not performing work for the customer. The technician advised the customer that there were a couple of wear and tear heavy soiled areas and to have a more better and cleaner area rug it would be much better clean it off site which is picking up and working on the area rug in the warehouse due to more a deeper cleaning than cleaning the area rug on site. The customer declined it.
