On Time Carpet

In Hebrew "Natan" means "he gave". I went on Angie's list searching for a carpet cleaner. I had used Stanley Steemer and another company previously. I was amazed at the fact that Nathan had over 740 reviews yet still maintained an "A" so I called him. I described my parents house to him basically four bedrooms, one hallway, steps(sides), a living room, dining room, a small front porch and two antique chairs. We agreed that he would come in person and assess and if we agreed on the price he would already be equipped to proceed. We agreed on price. I loved seeing first hand myself the before and afters. Nathan also showed me the dirty water which I was surprised at how dirty the carpet was. He explained the whole process from hot water to bubblegum deodorizer. He is hardworking and cares about the results from the job he does and he also follows up in a few day. The carpet and the chairs came out great. Nathan has a customer for life simply because "he gave".

We had a terrific first experience with Nathan, who cleaned 4 of our area rugs. Some had deep-set pet stains, and were very overdue for cleaning. Nathan came to our home, explained in great detail how the cleaning process works, and was very reasonable about the expense. The finished product was amazing- the rugs look good as new. We had previously used 2 cleaning services, and they came nowhere close to the finished product we received with Nathan. He has a wonderful demeanor, and clearly takes his work very seriously. We will certainly be calling him in the future, and will share his name with friends as well. It's nice to finally find a company that values its relationships with customers, and does things the "old-fashioned" way!

I had 7 area rugs cleaned by On Time Carpet. The owner, Nathan, is a true professional and perfectionist. My rugs were returned to me in a timely manner and they look brand new! It was a pleasure doing business with Nathan and I highly recommend him. It's refreshing to see someone who has an excellent work ethic. He also has a pleasant personality and enjoys his work.

Our carpet had deep, stubborn stains in it that were impossible for us to remove. Nathan came and inspected it and assured us that he could fix the problem. He was right! He did an amazing job of cleaning and restoring our silk and wool oriental rug. It looks better than new just like Nathan said it would. His workmanship is outstanding as is his work ethic. He always arrived at our home on time or earlier than expected. We are recommending Nathan to all of our friends and are so fortunate to have found him. His work is extraordinary!

I was very happy with the work they did. They were on time, pleasant individual that did the cleaning and the price was reasonable.

Nathan was quick to book an appointment with me and in the day he was to come, he stayed in touch texted me to let me exactly when he would arrive. He quickly assessed the situation of the water stain in my bedroom from a leak in the air conditioning unit, and immediately remedied the situation. He then proceeded to very quickly clean the entire carpet in my bedroom within the span of about 45 minutes. This is the third time I’ve used Nathan. He is both personable and professional!

Nathan is very professional and customer oriented. I cannot believe that he was able to restore my bedroom carpet that other carpet cleaners were unable to do. The bubble gum cleaning fluid as he calls it and his new powerful machine did a fantastic job. I thought I would have to replace my carpet, but now I don't. He also explained the difference between a shampoo and a deep cleaning. I went for the latter for my bedroom and it really made a difference. That bedroom carpet was really a good test and Nathan passed with flying colors. Thank you, Nathan . Definitely recommend his company.

Nathan and the guys at On Time Carpet were amazing. The day Nathan was scheduled to come to my house he called and texted me with updates to his arrival which I found to be VERY HELPFUL. When he arrived he was extremely professional, courteous and explained the whole process. Even prior to doing the job he showed me the inside of his cleaner to show it was clean and after he cleaned each room (total of 6 rooms) he showed me the water and the amount of dirt he extracted. My wife personally loved that about him. The next day after the cleaning he called me to follow up to see how the rooms were, if we were satisfied and if we weren't he was willing to come back that day and redo the rugs. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the customer service and professionalism we received. We would recommend and use them again.

This review is long overdue! Nathan did a fantastic job, as usual. He is simply the best at what he does. He always arrives on time and is extremely thorough. He does whatever it takes to get my carpets and furniture looking like new, and even goes the extra mile teaching me how to get stains out if they should happen again. (I have a puppy.). I am always thrilled with the results when Nathan cleans for me. You will be in good hands with him.

Having used Stanley Steemer for several years, we decided to try On-time Carpet Cleaning based on the outstanding reviews we found on Angie’s List. We had 2 carpeted rooms, several flights of carpet runners, and some area rugs. Nathan came to the door with boundless energy. After working vigorously on the staircase runner, we were very impressed with how he restored the carpet runners to their original deep color. The rooms and area rugs were clean, bright, and full. Once finished he showed us the coffee-colored dirty water that his machine extracted. We realized that Stanley Steemer did a sub-par job over the years. We highly recommend Nathan and On-Time Carpet.
