On Time Carpet

It went great. I thought I was going to have to replace the living/dining room carpet, it was so stained from my cats, but it came out great. Looks almost brand new. Nathan is more enthusiastic about carpet cleaning then anyone I have ever met. He truly wanted to make sure I was happy. He actually came early for the appointment, and called me the next day to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I have gotten many compliments on my newly cleaned carpets. It makes the whole house seem brighter.

The service provider, Nathan Fuerte, was over an hour late showing up. We had specified that the job begin at 3pm; when I called him at 3:38 to find out where he was, he said, "oh, wasn't it between 2 and 4? I thought it was between 2 and 4!" Nevertheless, he assured me he would be at my place in "ten, fifteen minutes." He showed up at 4:15. He looked around my apartment and told me that he wouldn't be able to move any furniture because he was alone (when he was inspired to mention this, he was looking at an Ikea coffee table.) I reminded him that he'd specified that he would move light furniture, and I pointed out that the only things I expected him to move were items that I myself move when vacuuming: that coffee table, my dining set (incredibly light), a bench, a wall table, and the chair and the pouf in my bedroom. He was not pleased and made a big display of having difficulty moving the recliner in the bedroom "after all, I'm here alone". He then left my place to go get his machine - and disappeared for, literally, 45 minutes. Eventually, I put the things he left into the hall outside of my apartment as I was convinced he wasn't coming back due to the furniture moving issue and I wanted to lock the door. When he finally showed up, he claimed that he had gotten lost in my building (?!) and began acting very aggressive when I questioned him; he ended up making me so uncomfortable that I asked him to leave my apartment (I live alone). He kept repeating that it wasn't fair, that he wasn't two hours late, (although it was by that time 5pm and the job had be scheduled for 3pm), reminding me that he'd been lost in the building, and so on, and so on, until he finally left. I was relieved. Unfortunately for me, though, he then proceeded to call several times on my cell (I didn't pick up), finally leaving two very ugly, very LONG messages: I had given him nonsense, that I was unfair (no surprise there), that my moving his things out of my apartment when he'd disappeared was indicative of "the type of people you are." (I don't know what that comment meant although my apartment is very obviously Jewish - my menorah had just been taken out to display in preparation for Chanukah. I would hate to think THAT was what he was referring to. But then, why would he say "people"? Why not say "person"?) Until I heard the messages, I was going to give him the benefit of my good nature and not post a negative review on him; after all, anyone can have an off day now and then. Now I don't think I'm going to let this happen to someone else. Although - let's face it - he knows where I live. And he seems to be a supremely sketchy individual. I don't want any repercussions. (See? He REALLY freaked me out! I don't even feel safe leaving him a negative review!)

It went very well. Nathan came as scheduled. They explained how they'll do it and did deep cleaning of carpets of 3 rooms. Since there was lot of odor from the ingredients used in cleaning he also did light baby shampooing for the carpets. He called next day to check if everything was ok.

Originally, the price for three rooms of rug cleaning was $132.00. I requested that he clean a landing and 13 steps on a staircase which was additional in cost. Nathan was professional, knowledgeable and concerned with customer satisfaction. In addition, to shampooing the rugs, he included deep cleaning and stain remover. One area rug was extremely stained and he offered and did clean the rug twice. I would highly recommend Nathan. He is extremely concerned and responsive to customer's needs and concerns. In my book, he is an A+ provider.

Nathan could not have been more attentive or accommodating. First of all, he cleaned a second area rug for free for us, just because it was there and it was dirty. (We hadn't wanted to spend the money because the rug is old and we hope to replace it soon.) In addition, we tried to keep costs down by having a newly inherited rug (the one taken out to his facility) cleaned only on the top surface, but Nathan did both sides for us anyway, and wouldn't charge us for the extra work. He said he did it just because it was the right thing to do. He was on-time or even early for appointments, worked carefully and quickly, and was willing to return and check on his work after the carpets had dried. The carpets looked great when he was done!

The work came out excellent. I will be using him again in the future.

The provider did a good job ,and I'm satisfied with the result . The provider is very friendly and like his responsiveness.

He failed to show up or call on the day of the scheduled appointment. After several attempts he responded to my calls and offered an excuse. I was not very happy with his response.We rescheduled. He was late for the appointment. The up side is that he was personable.The work was O.K. I am undecided as to the question of would I use him again.

Nathan had come by the previous week to test if long standing stains could be removed. He said if the stains came back he would refund my money. We scheduled another appointment I am totally amazed because a carpet company had said that the stains would not come out and that we needed new carpet. Nathan is a miracle worker the carpet looks fabulous. I highly recommend him and will use him again.j

This man made those rugs like new. They're like brand new! They are beautiful. We've never seen the rugs look so well. He had to wash the rugs 3 times to get them clean but they are fabulous! And he was so wonderful to work with. It was just an incredible experience. He is worth the highest rating I can give. He takes so much pride in his work. I can't rave about him enough! If Angie's gave A+'s he should have it.

Nice guy. Carpet initially Looked good andhe worked very hard. Next day a few stains showed up again. He came back out immediately and removed the stains. All looked great. Next day carpet was marked by cleaner he used. I called Nathan and he asked if black stains were gone and they were. He came out that same day and shampooed out what remained of the cleaner he used to clean the heavy black stains. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy and that the job was done right

We had to reschedule several times first due to no electricity and then due to no hot water. Eventually we managed by having access to a neighbor's hot water supply. Nathan was able to reschedule. He actually called when he had a cancellation and took my job earlier than we had agreed, a big help. He brought a helper and the job was completed quickly. The carpets were very dirty and he made them acceptably clean for people to move in.

The rugs came out great and we were very pleased. Nathan was very thorough and concerned that we were happy with the results. The only thing I didn't realize was the $99. special deal was for shampooing only, not a deep cleaning. Our rugs did need a really good deep cleaning and we opted for that, paying $100. extra. It was worth it because now our rugs look almost new. Nathan was a hard worker and we would recommend him and his company to anyone who needs a professional carpet cleaning.

Nathan also works as a security office in our building and mentioned he also owns a carpet cleaning business with his brother. The level of service was comparable to the service he provides as a security officer and went very well. We find Nathan to be an amazingly friendly and customer service orientated person. We were very pleased with the time frame and quality of service. We can’t say enough good things about him.

Nathan arrived "on time." He was pleasant and professional. He did an excellent job.

It was easy to schedule an appointment for the services. Nathan came, surveyed the things, and told us specifically what needed to be done and what he could do. He agreed to the work and did an absolutely marvelous job. The carpets look beautiful and we are very happy. The price was fair and just as we expected. He is a real pro and really cares very much about what he does. We would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Buy rugs have not been cleaned in some time, and our dog had been unwell on all of them. It did turn out that the special carpet cleaning discount did not cover sanitation for pet stains, but I did understand. Nathan explained the problem to me, and agreed to clean the front and backside of the carpets plus the padding. He was punctual and professional, and returned the carpets in great shape. I especially appreciated that he rushed the job through the Labor Day weekend, because I was having a family gathering and wanted them back early. I would definitely recommend his work.

On Time Carpet had an appointment for 10:00 but didn't show up until around 11:30. I had to reach out to him several times during the hour and a half to find out where he was. I know life happens and time may get away from you due to no fault of your own. However, I do expect to be called and told of a delay. Once he (and his assistant) arrived, he had to leave briefly to retrieve his cleaning machine. At the end, I was satisfied with the job done. The carpets were cleaned really well. During the middle of cleaning, he told me about scotch guard, which was not a part of the package. He said I didn't need it but recommended it. It was an addition $45 for the three rooms so I said ok. However, he did not tell me the $45 needed to be paid in cash. Thankfully, I was able to scrape of the cash. Most of my business and personal transactions are done by credit card. I did tell him he needs to disclose upfront about cash and not credit card. He was apologetic and said if given another opportunity, he would be on-time.

I was very pleased with the cleaning service. The rugs are important to me and they were handled professionally. they were well-cleaned, couldn't have asked for more. I also had him take two additional area rugs, since he had done such a nice job on the first 3. While the service was excellent, he was not always as prompt on scheduling as I expected.

He did a very good job. He was very good at being on time and keeping his appointments.

At the start, he wasn't easy to reach. On the day of the appointment (had confirmed a couple of days before) I saw he was late. About 45 minutes past appointment time he called to say he's on the way and should be here in about 20 minutes. A half hour later, I called him and asked where he was. At first he didn't want to answer and just claimed he was in traffic. But when I asked him again where he was and he told me, I realized it would be at least another half hour and I had an appointment I had to leave for. A little late is understandable, but this would have ended at least 2 hours late which is not acceptable. If it was really traffic and he had called me earlier on to let me know, I'd had tried to rearrange something with him because I did have to leave by 4:00 (our appointment was for 2:00). I have no time to waste like this now as a large move is looming for me.

I heard about Nate and On Time Carpet from an Angie's List Special Offier which I purchased. Nate called ME to schedule an appointment before I called him. He showed up on time, was extremely courteous and professional. Our small job extended into a much larger one once we saw how hard he worked and how clean our carpets came out. He was able to remove stains I never thought possible. I actually saw him on his hands and knees scrubbing a particularly difficult stain. He saved me a fortune. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpets. I highly receommend Nate and On time Carpets.

I was unable to use the big deal due to me misunderstanding about the details of the big deal. When I called to cancel the man I spoke with or who contacted me was rude and nasty on the phone.

They did the best they could and took most of it out. I was satisfied with their work and I would call them again. They're very personable and very good to work with. You call them and they help you, the have called back to see if there is anything else they could help with. They are reasonable, they don't try to rip you off; their prices are very reasonable and I had shopped around. They'll come pick up your rug if you want them to, or they can do the work at your home. They will come give you a free estimate. I had a pleasant experience with them, Nathan is very pleasant, I would recommend them to other people. I will call them to clean other area rugs.

Had a great experience working with Nathan he treated us with a lot of respect and care, he gave us a free estimate and test cleaning, the price was very reasonable compare to other companies. I was very happy with the end results. I give Nathan AAA thank you very much I will definitely use him again.
