On Time Carpet

It went well! It was easy to schedule the pickup and drop off, and he came earlier than we'd expected (after checking with us that it was ok, of course). The rug looks great.

Appointment was between 8am to 10am. They arrived at 9:30. Nathan assessed the job, discussed my expectations and immediately went to task. They completed both rooms within an hour. No complaints at all. Highly recommend him to others.

The carpeting was well cleaned and the price was good. The only problem was punctuality. I was told the workers would arrive between 2 and 4, and that it would be closer to 2. At 3 I called the company and was told they were on their way. At 4:10 I was told they were 10-15 minutes away. At 4:50 I was told they were having trouble finding parking, which was at best inaccurate as there is public parking right next to the apartment and the lot was half empty. The workers eventually arrived at 5:05.

Nathan came to see the location in advance of the service, and assessed the job which he called "full detail, Deep Cleaning Package", and gave the price, which was fair. He and his assistant spent 2 full hours removing stains and cleaning our commercial carpet which was very dirty. He was very professional- was on time, and worked diligently to perform an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use his service again, and will certainly follow up every few months to prevent the carpet from getting so dirty again!

Nathan and his assistant carefully prepped the room with aluminum foil on any furniture leg bottoms, and carefully moved stored attic items. They strategically placed plastic bags underneath boxes and other items that I requested be left on the rug for my convenience and time management concerns when the job was done. They were happy to serve. Refreshing attitudes!

My carpet looks great. Nathan called to make the appointment, confirmed it a few days ahead of time and was punctual. My only comment is that several times he tried to sell me additional services (wanting to charge for spot cleaning one stain) which I did not want. Those services were more expensive than I have paid in the past. Other than that I would use him again to 'shampoo' my carpet. He did a fine job of that.

They were absolutely wonderful. We used them to clean the carpeting in our daughter's new condo. The carpet was stained and soiled, honestly I wasn't sure it could be cleaned. Boy was I wrong, When they finished, it was like a brand new carpet. We are very pleased. They were on time, very polite, and true professionals. I would use them again.

Not the least expensive, (It cost $275 more than the big deal price for a "deep clean"), but the work was done on time and was of high quality. My daughter's carpets look like new. We are pleased with the outcome.

He was meticulous in working out stains in pale beige carpeting; not as good on office, which just needed foot-traffic soil removed. all-in-all, most stains disappeared. Because I did not want rough vacuuming & scrubbing on my dining room braided wool carpet, he took it away and washed it in his workspace; did a good job, returned it a few days later, and treated it carefully so as not to break threads. He was a bit difficult to communicate with re timing, date, etc....needed correcting with follow-up[ calls...otherwise, anxious to please; solo performance; polite; I stayed around to check from time to time. Cleaned up nicely

His offer on line said he would clean THREE rooms of carpet or THREE, 8 x 5 rugs for $99.00. I had ONE 9 x 11 rug, but he told me AFTER he got here he would have to charge me an extra $200. He also said he could not do it on sight due to dog urine. This particular rug is the indoor/outdoor variety and he could have simply taken it to the driveway and used the hose. I explained this to him but he was overbearing and insisted that he had to take it to his workshop. He said he could do two additional area (wool) rugs and for a total (for the three) of about $450. He promised to come pick up two other rugs the following in 3 to 4 days. I agreed as he assured me I would have all three rugs cleaned by Thanksgiving. This was the middle of October. Halloween came and went and he kept giving me excuses as to why he had not come for the other two rugs. Thanksgiving has come and gone and I still have not seen him or my rug. He did call in November when I was out of town to say he would be nearby in a couple of hours and could drop it off. He said if he did not hear back he would contact me by the end of the week. It is mid December and he finally called to say he could drop off my rug and pick up the other two. I told him I would not be letting him take my other rugs at this point. I asked him repeatedly to just bring back my rug. He started yelling at me telling me that I would not be getting my rug back if I did not live up to the contract. He was extremely frightening on the phone and I do not frighten easily. He was so belligerent that I finally told him to go ahead and keep the rug. He has called and yelled at me twice more. He keeps yelling that I owe him another $200! I let him know that he was trading off my rug for his reputation. I waited all week to write any of this down, as I wanted to think it through. In the end it seemed irresponsible of me not to put this experience out there for others to consider before contacting ONTIME CARPET.

The work went very well. I signed up for the $99 carpet cleaning special. I was a bit surprised that the "stain removal" was extra. If my carpets didn't show obvious areas of dirt I wouldn't have needed them cleaned. But the final price was the same or less than I have previously paid and the quality of cleaning by On Time Carpet was the best I have ever received.

It went very well. I would surely use ON TIME CARPET again. Nathan and his assistance did an excellent job. The carpeting is much cleaner than it was. Threre were no irritants in the air or any odor. We really like the way the carpeting looks. The worse part of the whole experience was this form! Another completion but that too was no good. I did it again and then learned that they lost the whole application!!! Tried looking for it but no luck. I praised you, G..?, all your work as well as how polite and caring you were. Maybe I will try again tomorrow.

Everything went beautifully. My carpets look practically new (and they are 19 years old).

Signed up for the daily deal, but the carpets were larger than the deal allowed. Still, despite the increased cost, it was helpful to have the carpets cleaned out of the home due to the potential disruption and smells from the cleaning. Delivery was a bit late, but they were polite and stayed for close to an hour making sure the pads underneath fit properly, which required additional modification. The carpets appeared to be very clean and we were happy with the service.

.Nathan came on time with his helper.He has an expensive machine that works wonders on the carpets. I have a business in my home and that area gets a lot of traffic. I had not cleaned it in many years.Nathan made it look like new. We had spots here and there that I could not get out. Nathan got them out. He is very accommodating and helpful. I intend using him again and referring him to my relatives and friends.

The service ended up costing a lot more but the cleaning was good.

Scheduling was good, I called him up and he was able to get us an appointment quickly because he was already coming to our area. He came out when he said he would. Nathan and one other technician cleaned our carpets in about two hours and they did a good job.

Nathan, the owner supervised the work of his one technician. He is very chatty and informative. They cleaned the carpets in my bedroom, hall and living room. The service turned out well. I wanted him to do my stairs but felt the price he was asking was rather expensive than prices I had paid in the past.There were other extras I could have added for instance scotch guarding and spot removal but I did not want to pay any additional money.

I had purchased an Angies' Deal for $99 - which covered 3 5x8 area rugs, or 3 comparable areas in your home. From the very first call, Nathan tried to up-sell me (asking if want deodorizing, cleaning the back-side of the carpet, etc. which costs extra). I just wanted the regular cleaning for one rug - 8 x 10. When he came to pick up the rug, Nathan explained that the coupon was for 3 8 x 5 rugs, not an 8 x 10. I explained that I was only requiring 2/3 of the area I paid for, so I felt that the scope of work was within the coupon's agreement (since the coupon also allowed for areas within the house, and my square footage was less than the coupon allowed). I asked him to refund the money (there was 100% guaranty) and I would find another cleaner. Then he agreed to do my rug as if he were doing me a big favor. Once he agreed to do it (or once I threatened to go elsewhere?), his attitude shifted and he became more amiable. I wanted the rug back before Thanksgiving, and ultimately he did return the rug in time (though after a few days of delays), and to his credit it does look great. The work is excellent. I just didn't care for the sales pitch and constant attempts to up-sell. If he hadn't done that I would have used him again and recommended him more highly.

Dealt with Nathan. It took a week to get a callback and 2 weeks to even get an appointment. The day of the appointment his secretary calls me at 9:30 and leaves a message that she is confirming the 10:00 a.m. appointment, but that I choose to I can reschedule or change it, etc. I called right back and told her that I ready for 10:00. Then she tells me "Well, their machine broke so they are getting it fixed and aren't going to be there for 10:00. More like between 10 and 12. So I said fine, but that they can't delay past that time because I have a little one to pickup at school at noon and he has a doctor's appointment at 1:30. A little while later, she calls and tells me they will be here by 11:30. Then at 11:52, I call and she patches me into Nathan who says he's in traffic and needed an extra 25 minutes! I said forget it at this point and he very cheerily replied ok! I was completely annoyed because I did their job and moved all of the furniture to make it easier for them. Total lack of professionalism and respect for the customer's time. This dude did not want to work today. And if he did, he didn't see the benefit in serving someone who purchased a special on Angie's List for $99 for 3 rooms. Well, I have a 4 bedroom house and the loss is theirs! I will never recommend them or use them EVER!!

Nathan and Joseph arrived approximately 30 mins prior to our scheduled appointment. They quickly surveyed the area to be serviced and informed me that due to the large amount of stains in the carpet they would recommend a "Deep Cleaning Package". This service would include a pre chemical degreaser treatment, steam and vacuum treatment and afterward a scotchguard and carpet freshner application. After quoting me a price they immediately began work. They worked in a very professional manner paying attention to detail and not rushing their work. I was frequently called upon to inspect their work as it progressed for about 3:30 hours.Upon completion they cleaned up in a satisfactory manner. Nathan called on Sun 11-24-13 to follow-up if I was satisfied with job. Overall, I found the service prompt, friendly, professional and competent.I would recommend this service to others.
