On Time Carpet

They picked up the rugs and delivered them back to me 2 weeks later because I was not in a rush. They also cleaned up the wrapping. The carpets came out beautifully except for one small rip. They are taking it back to repair it. I like them a lot and think they did a good job.

I'm very pleased with "on time carpet", They did a great end to end job on cleaning my parents carpet in their new apartment. I had some time restrictions because we needed to move them in pretty quickly and Nathan from On time Carpet really worked with me and made it happen... I will be using and recommending them again. He was prompt, friendly and courteous and neat. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the work. The carpets were well cleaned with environmentally friendly products and were dry within hours. This is a business and businessman I want to support.

I had a very good experience with On Time carpet. My rugs look beautiful! Scheduling was easy. Nathan is responsive and professional. If I'd known it could be this easy, I would have gotten my rugs cleaned much sooner.

The owner, Nathan, picked them up a couple of weeks ago and returned them yesterday. I had told him we were in no hurry to get them done. My partner and I were very pleased with the job Nathan's firm did. The colors in the rugs are so much brighter now that they are clean. Nathan was a very nice person and he gave me quotes to clean 2 other carpets which I will have done sometime in the future. I would definitely use On Time again.

Nathan was incredibly responsive - he called right away to set up an appointment, and picked up and delivered on time as promised. The quality of the cleaning was wonderful; honestly, our rugs look like new. And Nathan was totally forthright as to what we could and could not expect. I'd definitely use them again, and refer them to others.

Nathan was personable and responsive. When I had to reschedule he was very flexible. He shampood two very dirty carpets thoroughly and did not rush the job. He was courteous and gave me time to review the job carefully before leaving. Wpuld happily hire again.

All the work was done with extreme care. The bedroom carpet is now a full 3 shades lighter in color and looks brand new, with all the years of grime removed, and the orientals look the way they did when we bought them, also years ago, their jewel tones restored to full brightness. The fringes, which had gone gray over the years, are a gleaming white again! All stains (coffee and red wine included) are gone, and the color differences that had appeared in heavily trafficked areas are gone as well. We hadn't realized just how much New York grime had tracked onto our carpets over the years, but we won't wait the same amount of time before having them cleaned again! Mr. Fuerte was accommodating to our date and time needs, worked quickly, had our orientals back in the time-frame we discussed, and always requested our feedback, to be sure that he was meeting our needs.

Technician called me to make appointment and explained that their in home service (which I purchased) could only be used on synthetic oriental carpets or the carpet would shrink. My carpets are not synthetic and I was annoyed that the deal information had not specified this.

They did an excellent job. They were on time. They were professional. The carpets came out very clean and look terrific.

They came and cleaned all carpets thoroughly, before which they had taken good precautions to protect my furniture. They seemed to take pride in their work and showed me their process throughout and asked my opinion. Overall, they could not do enough for me and were very polite throughout. The next day, Nathan contacted me to check up on how the carpets looked and if I was happy with the job.

I had a very good experience with Nathan and On-Time carpet. Nathan was very responsive and easy to work with. The rugs came back looking beautiful. My expectations were entirely met.

Called the service in. Appraisal person came to the house. The deal was to clean 3 (5x8) rugs for $99. Rugs were larger, but not double the size. You would think that for a double the side carpet it would be twice the price or $198 for all three. He was charging for just one carpet 8x10 $249 (including coupon). For the three rugs (8x10, 8x11, 9x12) he was charging $449 total. My feeling is that they use the advertisement to get to your door and then give you disproportioned prices.

They were great and did an excellent job. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of the work.

Sofa and rugs came out great. Unfortunately there was a mixup and the wrong rug was brought but Nathan came back the next day on his day off and brought the correct rug. He knew we had a strict schedule and wanted to make things right.
