On Time Carpet

Nathan was terrific. He was responsive when I first called, then came and gave me an estimate, a recommendation and went forward and completed the job the same day. We had a carpet that ran two flights of stairs that was grimy and stained. He suggested a steam cleaning, after a thorough vacuuming. He also asked if we had allergies before using ingredients. He and his helper were professional, very friendly and enthusiastic about doing a great job. Nathan had me check the work as they did it. It was a hot humid day, and they never stopped for a break during the time they were here. I would highly recommend him to anybody who needs carpet cleaning, and will definitely call him to return when the carpet needs cleaning again. It looks like new.

The owner Nathan is a well represented gentleman who explained the way he works and the quality of his work very well, and clear. , my carpet looks the same as the day I bought. I'm very impressed with the quality of his work and the time he finished. The 9x12 carpet was passed down to me down from my family it's very dear to me, I trusted the man to produce very good work. I was very nervous to let anyone take it, but I am very glad I entrusted him with something so close to me. I would use their services again with no problem.

One of my rugs needed a special process so it was $35 more than the big deal cost of $99. However, the rugs look amazing!

They were able to remove all the stains in the carpet including those caused by the dog. I had purchased an Angie's Deal for $149. An additional amount was charged for heavy furniture moving.

Their guy came to my house and the first thing he wanted to do was upsell me. Before I even described what I needed he was adding on extra costs on top of the deal. We negotiated that I would get some credit for doing one large and one medium rug in place of three medium rugs described in the deal. The ENORMOUS problem though was that I kept trying to get this guy's attention directed to the fact that I had an unusual rug. The big one is felt joined with backing strips, not a normal rug. i was really worried about how this would survive a regular cleaning system. All the guy kept saying to me was: "Don't worry, we did the rugs of 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey', and I kept saying that I don't care if you did or not, I need to know that you can take care of MY rug!!! So, they took the woven rug (medium) and the felt rug (large) and cleaned them and returned them. The woven rug was cleaner and fine. The felt rug was a disaster. It was clean, but it had split apart at the seam and the seams were buckled and bumpy, but they had been lying flat when it was picked up. It was EXACTLY the kind of thing I had been trying to get him to recognize could happen when I was trying to talk with him on the pickup. I told their guy to take it back and fix it. He took it back and in the place where there was a new split, there was now a gluey mess - even more obvious than the split, and the bumps from the ruined back tape were still very prominent. He told me the bumps would disappear over time as it dried out. It is now May, and the bumps are permanent. As far as I am concerned, my rug is ruined. It is so depressing that I've been avoiding going in that room, and I don't know how to fix it. I did not want to keep negotiating with this company since they gave me the impression that they did not know what to do. It has been a disaster.

Nathan was very responsible about calling back right away. He set up an appointment and arrived as scheduled with his helper Mike. They did a great job getting all the stains out. They were friendly, thorough, quick and work hard to make the customer happy. He is going to give me a followup call tomorrow to make sure I am still pleased with the job. Great customer service and I will definitely use them again regularly.

The five rugs were professionally cleaned. The fringes were bright and looked like new. In fact all the rugs looked new. I would highly recommend this company to handle precious heirlooms and valued household goods.

The rug on the stairs and the foyer look bright and like new . They were quite dirty. When On Time , carpet returned my area rugs, they very carefully removed and replaced any furniture as needed. The colors in the rugs look bright. The texture of the rugs is very smooth. The fringe on all of the rugs was back to their original whiteness. I would definitely have On Time Carpet service my rugs again.

Spot and stain removal was not part of the deal but added thoughtfully by Nathan. My entryway was so stained I could not get realtor to list till this was addressed. I am totally amazed by the results, the carpet looks brand new! I wish I had taken photos of before because no one will believe the after!!

The scope of the work I had wanted them to do was larger than what was being offered by the deal. I was not upset by the additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. They were great! Initially there was some communication trouble, but once we got into contact, it was easy to schedule the appointment. They picked up the rugs and delivered them back in about a week. They did a good job with the work and were professional. Both of the rugs looked great when they got them back to me.

He was fantastic! He did a great job and is really responsive with great follow up. He called a week after the work to make sure things were still good.

Everything went very smoothly. The principals in this business are extremely professional and proud of their work. They picked up the rugs and returned them in the agreed-upon time frame. The rugs look good, and the rug that had lost some fringe to a vacuum cleaner was carefully repaired. I was extremely satisfied.

I purchased a deal through Angie's list for carpet cleaning. Nathan did an excellent job in cleaning these area rugs.

Overall, it went OK. It was DEFINITELY overpriced, though. I didn't have any issues with pre-treating, etc, because my carpets weren't that bad. The carpets dried fast. Also, I originally wanted it done in Dec, but he was only able to come out at his convenience. He also left some stain remover or something on my wood kitchen table, and it left a discoloration.

Rugs came back good as new!

He did a good job, but he should call to notify customer that he will be late.
