On Time Carpet

My experience was fine. They were on time for the appointment. There was one person here doing the work. He was responsible and reliable. He could have done a better job at cleaning the carpets.

It was good. I had to wait a little while, but they were very hard working. Thy sent two technicians and they were here around 1 ½ hours. They were very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job. They told me to wait overnight for the carpet to dry because it was so humid.

They were great. I'm very happy with how everything turned out. The carpets look fresh and clean - and smell great! I think they did a thorough, professional job and I'd highly recommend them to others. Very satisfied!

The team came right on the dot when they said they would, and gave a quote that beat the other four quotes I received. I agreed, and they proceeded to clean everything right there and then. They were efficient and friendly, and everything was perfectly cleaned.

Better than I thought. There office staff fantastic. They followed up twice. They were prompt and worked hard. They did a heck of a job. I would defintely use them again. They went out of their way to please me.

They did exactly what they said they would do for the price we agreed upon...what else could one ask for.

We are a busy medical practice in Brooklyn, NY, and have llight colored carpet for our waiting area and hallways. Because of heavy traffic and "spillage" the carpet tends to get extremely dirty and stained. Our intent is to eventually replace the carpet with tile, but are unable to do so @ this time because of budget constraints, etc. Nathan has repeatedly managed to obliterate the stains and get the carpet clean. Because of our complex schedule, he has availed himself on weekends, late evenings, etc. He is pleasant, friendly and extremely hard working. I cannot say enough good things about him. If you have carpet that needs to be cleaned, call Nathan @ On Time Carpet - you will not be disappointed.

Nathan and Jonathan arrived on time and took great care in making sure that I was pleased with the work throughout the procedure. As Jonathan cleaned each room, Nathan would ask me to come and take a look at what had been done, and would continue to clean spots again if I did not feel what had been done was good enough. They were neat about the work and when finished, they cleaned up as if they had never even been in my house. Very pleasant experience.

Excellent service. Very professional and courteous. Nathan takes great pride in his business and holds himself and his crew to high standards. Did not rush through the job, made sure I was satisfied with work before leaving. Carpets felt clean and soft, stains were gone. I will definitely use On Time Carpet again.

We had an appointment scheduled however the timing was not good because of the weather. I will try to use him again for sure.

Nathan and his assistant were very nice and efficient and did not leave any mess. My only problem was that they arrived an hour after the end of the scheduled window of time partly because they went to the wrong address. I would have expected them to verify the address for a service to be performed in a home. I would use them again however now that they know where I live!

Responded quickly. Both Nathan and Jonathan who did the work were very nice and professional. the receptionist was helpful as well. They had to show up later than expected, but called to let me know so I was able to arrange for someone else to meet with them. The carpets were heavily soiled from the winter and they took their time to clean them. We received a discount of $200 for agreeing to a 2 year contract. He called a few days after the work to make sure everyone in the building was happy with the work.

Arrived late. But were in contact with me updating on the time, so there were no surprises. Also, I knew they squeezed me in and I needed to get it done that night. Excellent service, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Nathan and his assistant, Jonathon arrived on time, were done in approximately two hours, and did an excellent job. The carpeting has never been cleaned so well. The charges were very reasonable. Nathan called the next day to make sure I was happy with the job. My satisfaction with the work seemed a matter of particular importance to him, he really wanted me to be happy with the results.

On 7/28/14 at approximately 3-4 P.M. I called On Time Carpet with a request that the service be provided the next day. I had previously scheduled carpet cleaning with another service, but they advised me that they could not do the job on 7/29, as promised. The service had to be done on 7/29, for various reasons, and clearly I was in a bind. If I could not get another carpet cleaner, my only other option was to buy/rent a machine and do it myself, which I did not want to do. Nathan, the owner, was most accommodating. We arranged a time for the following day, and negotiated a price, which I believe was more than fair, considering the time frame. Nathan showed up with his assistant, Jonathan, in the morning. Jonathan did the work; Nathan left, but returned when the job was completed, and personally checked the work. The work was done in a professional, efficient manner. Both Jonathan and Nathan were friendly and polite. After each room/area was completed, Jonathan showed me what he did, asked me if everything was okay, and whether there was anything I wanted him to do over. He didn't rush the job. Both he and Nathan wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied. Nathan also called several times while the job was being done to make sure everything was going okay. Everything that was done was put in writing and I have a paid receipt. On Time Carpet provided me with excellent service at a reasonable price - and the carpet looks great!

When trying to schedule a time for service I asked if stairs would be included in the 2000 sq ft cleaning, I was told no, but that I could probably be "hooked up" upon arrival. I stated several times that my town home's stairs from foyer and upstairs was surely under 2000 sq ft & that the voucher was for the cleaning of 2000 sq ft, so I was unsure why stairs would be almost $100 more. He seemed inflexible,& I wasn't going to go through the whole banter, so I decided I'd get a refund. ....not to mention...as a service provider/ business owner...DON'T ANSWER CALLS WHEN YOU'RE IN TRAFFIC WITH HORNS BLARING TO THE POINT WHERE SOMEONE WHO IS TRYING TO PATRONIZE YOUR BUSINESS IS MET WITH AN ONSLAUGHT OF...WHATS...& HUH& I CAN'T HEAR YOU..IT'S VERY VERY ANNOYING!!!!

Everything was fine. They cleaned 2 area rugs and I paid a little extra to have the sofa cleaned. I thought the price was fair. They did a fine job and I have no complaints.

They performed great job. The carpet looks very clean almost like new. I would recommend this company to everyone.

The service went okay. I paid additional to have them clean the sofas. I thought the additional fee was reasonable, but I did feel like they came into the job wanting to charge more. It should have been clarified whether or not they move furniture. The technician did a good job and showed up to our appointment within our time frame. I had no issues with scheduling and was pleased with the service overall.

Nathan came and picked up the carpets from my home. He returned them a little bit later than promised but it was because he had a personal health issue. The carpets were well cleaned and in good condition.
