On Time Carpet

It went very well. Came on time and I was very pleased.

Nathan and Ben were terrific! They were professional and did a bang up job. My sofa which is a dark beige color looked great afterwards and they even got the dirt out of the piping. My sofa is 7 years old and gets a lot of wear. They also steamed my 100%wool area rug and it looked great after. I didn't realize how much dirt was in it until I saw the difference. Both Nathan and Ben were courteous, meticulous, and just nice people. I would highly recommend them, They did not leave until the job was done and I never felt that they were rushing. They spent 4 hours here. Nathan will come over and give you an estimate so there are not "hidden" costs that arrive later on the day of service. You will not go wrong using On Time Carpet, INC.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to clean there carpet. They are totally professional and understand what it takes to satisfy customers request. Technician did an outstanding job with every room, each carpet looks as if they were all recently purchased. My wife and I are totally happy by the effort provider. Took the necessary time to make sure each room was cleaned to our total satisfaction. Old school technican who truly cared about the customer and the worked performed. It became obvious to me the reason why this company has received numerous awards. Once again, I would strongly recommended On Time Carpet Inc to anyone cleaning carpets whether residentual or commerical.

It went well! They have a machine that they bring in the house oppose others that bring trucks. A problem I do have is the fact that he could not provide me with a contract, and promised to send it to me. This was in October, and I've still not received it.

This didn't happen but they had the excuse of NYC traffic but they left when I had to go so they didn't really finish.

They were very professional taking care of each room .The men even took out time to speak to my elderly mom . which made her comfortable and please with the job. I highly recommend and use them again.

It was excellent. They were very professional and did a super job. They were extremely friendly.

not all of the pet scents/ stains were removed but all and all a better way to go then with the chemical route

It was fine. They had to reschedule. It was nothing extraordinary. It didn't smell good. It seemed to be very clean.

I was very disappointed with the service. He was supposed to call me back but didn't. He said to let it dry for 24 hours and he'd call me but he never called. He never touched base. I would never use his service again. It was him and a younger person. The younger person did the work. He did the bedroom and had to redo it because it wasn't done. With stain removal, he said that was extra yet I thought it would be in the original cost. I thought the price was reasonable. The quality of the work sucked. They were punctual. I would not recommend him to anyone. They came back at no charge to tried and resolve the issue. I was not completely satisfied, but they did try to make it right.

It went extremely well. My carpet and area rugs have not looked this good in a long time. Nathan did a great job and is happy to please his customers. I am very pleased with his effort and attitude and will be sure to use his services again and also to recommend him.

They did a thorough job. Were courteous. Had concern for interior of home while working.

The rugs were cleaned in a professional way I would definitely recommend this company. My only negative is the use of E-mail for contacting me when I first bought the service. After I E-mailed the representative he finally contacted me by telephone.

Arrived punctually . Preceded to clean and treat my silk living room sofa and used environmentally friendly products. He then went on to clean my 13 x 18 foot wool carpet. Angel worked very efficiently and was very thorough. I would definitely use this On Time Carpet/upholstery service again and would recommend them.

It went extremely well. He came on time for the free estimate, gave options of cleaning the rug in the house versus taking it to his workshop with the different prices options. We chose to have him take the large rug with him and he said he would do the two small ones when he returned to deliver the big one. He did exactly as he said he would and did a very fine job indeed!!!! he called before he arrived every time to keep us appraised on his progress - traffic is a nightmare in NYC almost any time of the day. He and his helper moved the furniture for us. They both were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to others.

It took about a week for me to get a response from this service provider. Finally, on the day of the appointment, I was called several times and was told that he would be here, however he continued to push the appointment back well into the evening. This was too late, and we made another appointment for first thing the next morning. I called him 15 minutes before the appointment and he was extremely unprofessional. He called again, already an hour late, to say he's on his way. We are canceling this deal.

Very happy with quality of his work.

I was very impressed. He worked hard to eliminate dog urine spots and odors. He also eliminated most other spots. My great granddaughter spread foot cream all over one section of the carpeting and he was able to get out most of the stain. I am certain that with another cleaning it will all be out. Another thing he did that is almost unheard of in these days is that he moved some of the furniture and cleaned under it. Overall, he did an excellent job and I would be happy to have him my carpets again.

It was excellent. He gave me information about the rug. He told me how to determine if a rug is a good oriental run and how to determine if a rug is hand loomed.

They gave extra attention to stains on carpets... Even cleaned one room 3 times, just to get all of the stains out!

Service was professional. On-time even re-did two carpet areas for us that were heavily soiled.

He was fine. He definitely got out the majority of it, so I would recommend him I guess. He was on time.
