On Time Carpet

They did an excellent job and arrived on time. They even went back over areas that needed additional attention.

Nathan offered prompt and thorough service. We had some water damaged carpet and were able to make a same-day appointment with him. He called the next morning to follow up on the job and make sure everything looked ok. When we noticed the carpet was still a little damp a few days later, Nathan responded to my call immediately and came by that evening to go over it again. I was pleasantly surprised when he called back a few days later to check up once more. He did an excellent job and was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

Nathan and his father were pleasant and professional. Then, I got hit with the it'll cost double for the "deep" carpet cleaning: "You purchased the steam cleaning, not the deep cleaning." Also, he refused to move ANY furniture, even after his scheduler assured me he would before the? visit. I had to move it with his dad, who was very cool and willing to help in any way possible. He said, "Read the fine print," with a big smile on his face. As far as the cleaning, Nathan did a half a job. Decent on the staircase, but a poor job in the living room. When he finished the living room I pointed out gray streaks in the rug. Looked like dirt to me. He told me it was just wet carpet."Wait till it dries." They weren't. I had to rent a steam cleaner and redo the rug. Now the carpet is clean and stain free. Plus, he missed entire spots by the edges of the carpet;? the most irksome of which was near my front door. Very disappointing experience. Angie's List should do better weeding reviewing "deals." This was no deal.

Everything went very well. Nathan and his helpers were polite, cheerful and very careful with my furniture when removing and returning the rugs. Nathan explained different options to me and offered opinions when asked. He was delayed when he brought the rugs back because of heavy rain and bad traffic, but he and his office kept in touch with me to let me know his ETA. He made certain that I was happy with the placement of the pads and rugs before he left.

This was an excellent experience. Nathan arrived on time after making time to fit me in at the last minute on a holiday weekend. His work was thorough and precise and caring. It is unusual to find someone who takes so much pride in his work. He really wants to do a good job and to please the consumer - and he did. It has only been a few days and I have already recommended him several times. I most certainly plan to use his services in the future. I find absolutely nothing negative to add. Really well. Nathan was very professional, courteous and very much interested in my satisfaction. He was punctual and if he was going to be running late he called to inform us. He really was never late, gave a 2 hour window and was there at the front end of it, but if he called and said he would be there by 4 and it was looking like 415 he called back. Unheard of in this day and age when most businesses/contractors do not do the little extras to keep a customer happy. They cleaned 2 fabric loveseats for us and 1 area rug in my sons room. All was quality work and we were very satisfied. Came back with the rug in 1 weeks time as they promised and provided a perfectly cut rug pad within 1 week as promised as well. On Time carpet is on time, professional, provides quality service and is truly interested in their clients satisfaction.

Both Nathan and Jack were very nice and professional...i would definitely call them again...they dont move furniture, which was ok with me .....they are not pushy but offer options if you need more done...i was very happy with the outcome

It's a two person team. Small family owned business deal. They have their own equipment. They are good. Did a great job on the carpets. In and out within an hour. I would recommend.

Nathan came punctually and he was polite and professional. He cleaned my bedroom carpet and then cleaned up after himself. When the carpet dried, it became clear that some of the deeper stains hadn't been completely removed. Nathan came back at no charge to me and got these tough stains out. I would highly recommend him to all who wand good service and a good job.

Nathan was a pleasure to work with. He was on time and came with Antonio, they did an awesome job. My carpets look great. I had 4 rooms with area rugs which they treated to remove heavy stains, cleaned and Scotch guard. They did a much better job than my previous service. I highly recommend Nathan with On Time Carpet

Nathan was quick to respond to my inquiry and came to provide an estimate; but ended up taking all the rugs in our apartment for full cleaning. Although it was several weeks before we saw them again, they came back clean, without stains, and looking brand new. He returned with them and helped moved furniture away to place them, and put the house back in order before he and his helper left. Considering the number of rugs, and how dirty they were, the price was great, and he did a wonderful job. I would use him again, and not wait so long between cleanings.

The men who came to clean my sofa were very professional and prompt. They cleaned up after themselves and even offered to help clean my rug as well. I would def use them again.

It went well. It was wetter and took longer than I thought it should to dry. A few areas looked like they could have been a tad cleaner. Overall, very professional, punctual and told me in advance exactly what they would be doing. Excellent clean up.

They were not really professional or prepared. They meant well. It was a son and he brought his father. The father was better than the son. I asked for the material safety data sheet, which they're required to have because he had this big jug of chemical. He said, "It's a cleaner." I said, "Okay. I know that. But what's in it?" He said, "Cleaner." I said, "No no no. What chemicals are in it? I have cats here." He said, "It's safe. It's safe." I said, "Well, where's the MSDS?" He didn't understand what I was saying. I said, "Where's the company name? I just wanted to know what's in it." The jug had no ingredients on it but it had a company name. He gave me the company. I got them on the phone. They PDFed me over a copy of MSDS. But I was ready not to use them without having the information on what the ingredients were and what they were putting down. They had to fill their container from my shower. It wasn't attached to a truck or anything. It was just like a rental machine. They didn't move furniture, which I didn't expect them to do. But I had expected light stuff to be moved. But, frankly, I had better service from another big provider. When it was over, it was still damp. The other company puts things up on little blocks so that you don't get rust or whatever because it has several metal pieces. They didn't do anything. It took a good 24 hours for it to dry. I don't think the suction was strong enough. The guy meant well. But I wouldn't use him again. They were just not on the ball with modern equipment. The biggest thing was, they didn't have the information on what chemicals. Their price was good.

The carpet cleaners were very prompt, very thorough and very friendly. They didn't complain about a single thing and went above and beyond expectation. I set up the appointment for my husband through our joint account here on Angie's List and received a very quick response and a very fast appointment confirmation. The date was perfect time and the first choice we requested. The cleaners were swift and yet very detailed. They even moved the furniture around to clean underneath! Exceptional work and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! They also were flexible with location and traveled to us an hour away and still made it here in perfect timing! I would recommend their services, very very good deal.

Purchased deal for cleaning of three areas for $100. Easy to schedule, arrived on time, very nice and thoughtful, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, would and have recommended

one refilling water and keeping sure other guy was working with ease. no time wasted. no rushing the job through.

It went very well. Cleaners were professional and used commercial equipment (not rented equipment). Carpets came out smelling clean and looking good!
