On Time Carpet

The carpet cleaning went very well; the results are very telling. The work was addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Extra focus was given to those areas that required it. The service was provided in a friendly and professional manner .

Everything went well. My couch and chairs are clean. He was very nice and kind. He took his time and did the job right.

Nathan was amazing. He came right on time and did a great job. His work took out 90% of the stains. Normally, this would be enough for most professionals.. BUT, Nathan called us back numerous times to check in and make sure that the stains were 100% out. For him it was a matter of personal and professional pride. He voluntarily came back 2 weeks later, with a different, more versatile machine that added a different type of scrubbing & cleaning motion that effortlessly cleaned out the remaining 10% stain. He DIDN'T CHARGE ANY EXTRA FOR THIS. He just wanted to do it to make sure we were happy. In the end, basement carpet is now very very clean and stain free, we're not worried about mold or mildew, and our faith in the utter & complete Professionalism of hard working techs like Nathan from OnTimeCarpet has been restored. Nathan also dry-cleaned a silk rug we had upstairs that needed TLC. He took it away, brought it to a special service and returned it clean and pristine.\ We would definitely recommend this operation. They were late, but communicated their delay well. All went well.

It went pretty well. The cleaning is good for surfaces overall but not particular stains that are on the upholstery are not much dealt with. They also cleaned a couple of my carpets which they did a decent job on one of them and not so good on another which appears to have come back way too beat up. After I bought the product I didn't hear from them for 20 days or so until I contacted them and then should have scheduled earlier. They were good for basic cleaning of upholstery that does not have any real spots on it and not good otherwise and the broad cleaning service they offer is inconsistent. He obviously handled the basis steam and cleaning equipment fairly well and they did that well. They did well being very pleasant and energetic and talking about things. One thing they did not do well was actually a fair amount of water ends up leaking onto the floor from their steam cleaner. The fellow who came did not appear to be very interested in doing anything about that which can be very disastrous on a wooden floor.

All went very well. Nathan did a very professional job and was responsive to my needs. He had a very friendly attitude.

Very well. Nathan was responsive to the original booking. He arrived on time with everything he needed. He cleaned both pieces of furniture with a minimum of supervision and cleaned up well after himself. He has a nice personality and is easy to work with. He's also very interested in you being happy with his work. He's a winner and I would use him again and recommend him to others.

He called to give me 1/2 notice about when he would arrive, as he said he would. He and his assistant were very eager to please and to make sure I was pleased with the job. They were patient and worked hard. After they left I realized there were a few stains they had missed. When I contacted Nathan he said "no problem" and set a time to return and work on them. He came back as promised, and was not impatient or grumpy about having to return. His aim was to do a good job, please the customer, and he did both.

They were great, they were late, but the guy was squeezing me in so I knew that. They were very nice to work with, the carpet looks great. The thing is, they put too much water down in a couple of spots and it caused the rug to buckle, most of the buckles went down but a couple didn't so I had to have the carpet re stretched. I have done this myself, you have a difficult spot and you have a tendency to use too much water. I would use them again. He was a little late, but he did call me and let me know. I can't hold that against him because I know he is busy.

This was the 2nd time that I used On Time Carpet. Due to unforeseen circumstances they had to cancel the original appointment. They notified me and arranged another appointment. For my inconvenience they offered a to clean the hallway and stairway, which I accepted. All of the carpets were cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized. I am very satisfied.
