On Time Carpet

Not only would I hire Nathan at On Time Carpet again, but when another Company upstate left me high and dry on a job with a deadline up near Kingston NY, a call for help to Nathan brought his immediate attention and saved my day! He is the most considerate, thorough, caring and dependable carpet and rug cleaner I've encountered. He came to my rescue above and beyond!!

Very well. Nathan is extremely personable, professional, clean and performed a very thorough job. He cleaned some additional chairs that I requested last minute. Nathan re-worked areas that were heavily soiled and used specialized cleaning solutions at no additional cost. Nathan arrived late but as far as I am concerned he made up for it with his service.

On-Time does excellent work, even on the toughest of carpets, and Nathan is a really nice guy, very eager to please.

Could not be happier. My two chairs have been given a second lease on life. All thanks to Nathan!

Well. I would reuse except that service provider said that rehular rates were more than double without the special. We also disagreed as to what 3 rooms were.

Money was committed, no services were performed. I would NOT hire again because there was no follow-through on the original deal. Makes me increasingly skeptical that this kind of service actually works; I feel scammed and now have to hustle to pursue a "bargain." NOT GREAT.

It was actually a gentleman that I had used previously. It went very well. The price covered everything and was very reasonable. The responsiveness in getting back to me and the ease of the scheduling really stood out.

Great! Nathan, the owner services most or all of the customers himself. He is a really nice, reliable, generous guy who went above and beyond, actually helping me transport a carpet to storage after he delivered my clean ones. He originally set up a time to come look at my rugs, and determined that they should be cleaned at his facility, though he also does a lot of work onsite - it depends on the rug, carpet, furniture, etc. My cleaned rugs were delivered on time and looked wonderful.

Nathan did a superb job - his machine even removed killer rust stains. The carpet is 30 years old but now looks like new.

A little delay scheduling appointment, but arrived on time when we finally settled on a date. Professional, spent about an hour and a half cleaning two upholstered chairs.

The technician did an excellent and very thorough job.He was pleasant to work with and spent a great deal of time making sure all stains were removed.I would be happy to hire him again and am considering asking him to do another project in my home soon.

They came promptly and did exactly what they said they would do. We hired them again to do some rug cleaning.

They did very well. They did exactly what I bargained and paid for. He made it very clear in the beginning that if there was something else, he would charge proportionally, there was. I wanted a rug clean, which he did and I paid him for it. That was well within the reasonable transaction. I was completely satisfied. He was punctual and professional. There was just one worker, it took a couple of hours.

I have allergies to certain chemicals and some of those chemicals are found in various household cleaners. I told him about my allergies and he went out of his way to contact his material suppliers to find out if the chemicals were in any of his regularly carpet cleaning solutions. He found out that one of the chemicals I was allergic to was in one of the cleaning solutions so he went to a total natural type of carpet cleaning solution. That took him about 2 days worth of research,at least, to do. It was a good price. They were here when they said they would and he got back to me with his research when he said he would. They were here on time. They explained everything and they did what they said they were going to do.

Very well. The service was on time, and they did a good job. The rugs look great.

Nathan is prompt, professional and personable. I had hoped to get the upholstery and carpet cleaning done the same day, but some of his equipment was being fixed so we made appointments a week apart. When the upholstery dried, there was a streak in a place that doesn't show, but when Nathan came again to do the carpet I pointed it out to him and he made it less visible and insisted on returning later in the month with a tool to make it completely disappear. I can feel the difference the cleanings made and would definitely use Nathan again. His work is good and he is very customer-oriented and a pleasure to do business with.

Very well. I bought more services from them. Carpet cleaning, but they haven't done the work yet. Two workers came. The work took one hour. The service was a quality job. All of the above.

They did a great job. The couch was a little more.

It went well. They did a good job cleaning the couch and sofa bed mattress too.
