+ 0 moreNathan was on time. Nathan proceeded to do the job and stopped at a couple of points to ask me to check out the progress to see if I was pleased. I was. He was very thorough in the cleaning (going over some of the areas 2-3 times) and attentive to making sure any water that got on the floor was immediately wiped up. (Very little got on the floor). He was done in the time he estimated. I was very pleased with the job performed. My sectional sofa and ottoman look like NEW! (They are 10 years old). I have already arranged for him to clean carpeting in the bedrooms.
Description of Work: I needed a sectional sofa and an ottoman cleaned. I knew that the Angies' List promotional offer of $99.00 would not cover all of the items cleaned but I decided to purchase anyway. Nathan of On Time Carpet immediately contacted me and asked what was to be done. He explained that the Angies' List offer would not include all of the items listed, which I already knew. I told Nathan that I wanted to arrange for the service anyway and would pay for the additional sofa items to be cleaned. He told me that when he came he would give me a quote for the additional sofa items before proceeding with the job. Nathan did exactly that. He looked at the sofa and the ottoman and gave me a quote. It was very reasonable and I agreed.

+ 1 moreEverything went quite well. For an additional charge, Nathan was able to squeeze in, time wise, additional surface cleaning of my dining room chair cushions. He is a pleasure to deal with. He over all came to my house three times and was professional, punctual, and dependable in every way.
Description of Work: I needed wool area rug and sofa cleaning. On one of my area rugs I had a particularly big and bad pet stain which I was unable to get out. Nathan worked on this stain in my home but was unsuccessful as well. He took my rug to his factory for further treatment. Two weeks later I got my rug back completely stain free. It is hard to find where the stain was.
