They did good work and came out on the date I requested. The price was excellent and three rooms were cleaned. I could see that the dirt had come out of the carpet and the carpets were dry within four hours. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Very well..Nathan explained what the shampoo and steam cleaning can do and what it can't do...basically it will only remove surface dirt but not any deeper oil stains. That requires another process.

I paid $99 for two upholstery is to be clean. It was never done because they are not able to get a certificate of insurance and I was unable to get my money refunded from Angie’s list

They were a bit confused when contacting me about scheduling. I received a few different messages, including one asking me when I wanted service shortly after we had scheduled one for the following week. At least they were responsive, but it was a bit confusing. unfortunately their car broke down for the original date so we had to reschedule for the next week. It would have been nice to have a bit more notice than 20 Mins before the window started, but I understand car trouble. then, the day the service was performed, they arrived 3 mins before the end of the 2 hr window and had to rush through the job so I could pick up my kids and so they could finish their schedule. I was a bit irritated that they wouldn't do under the beds or other furniture. also, a hallway didnt count as a room, so he would only do half of thr upstairs hallway. he said both of these were listed in the "fine print" of the deal, but when I looked again I didn't see it.
