Description of Work: I needed my carpets cleaned before June 1st and Nathan was able to squeeze me in early Friday, 2 days before June 1st even though he was booked for another week. Nathan was very professional and did an excellent job in cleaning all my carpets. I have used Sears before and it does not compare to the quality job that Nathan provides. I will definately use his services again. A very happy customer.

Description of Work: Organic cleaning of 5 different sized Oriental rugs. The week-end pick up did not go very smoothly. If he picks up rugs on week days, he has help. On the week-end, make sure he's prepared to carry your rug if it's a large one. There was only one man (Nathan) and he had no hand truck. We forced my biggest rug into my own shopping cart and I helped bring it to the car. Otherwise, the job was well done. It was done in the time frame given, the rugs were cleaned well, and the replacement on return was carefully done.

Description of Work: I bought a 3-rooms-for-$99 deal from Angie, but only had one wall-to-wall room, so Nathan agreed to do two small carpets as the second room, and a small hallway entrance carpet as the third. The wall-to-wall had some really serious stains because of ficus trees whose containers had leaked. I said "just do the best you can," not believing that he could possibly get them out. (They were hidden by furniture, so I didn't want to pay a premium for spot removal.) I had to leave for an appointment, but I returned to find, much to my surprise, several of the bad stains gone -- and no extra charge.
