+ 2 moreSlight delay in starting due to building requirements...no fault of contractor. Floor refinishing did not come out as expected, and it was redone at no additional charge. People very easy to work with. Ritz made a suggestion we took, to build a bookcase running half the room, and we love it.
Description of Work: Major renovation of a one bedroom apartment. Two walls down, new radiator covers, closet expanded, new doors, vanity and lighting installed in bath, installed, track lighting plus eight outlets, wall mount tv, hand ceiling fan,refinish wood flooring. Floor tiling, backsplash, and countertop in kitchen, plus built in pantry to match cabinets. Complete paint job throughout including ceilings.
