We had been having water leaks on the walls of the unattached side of our brownstone house. Aureliano came, assessed the situation, emailed back an estimate the following day. We agreed, he sent a contract. He provided proof of liability insurance (necessary because we were accessing area via someone else's property. The workers arrived on time, erected scaffolding (covered all work with net). The workers were extremely respectful, seemed happy in their work and were very responsive to any questions or requests by us. Work was delayed by bad weather, but they always discussed when they would be coming back etc. with us, so that we could make plans around their work schedule. When an issue arose because of a heavy downpour, they addressed it immediately and attended to the inadvertent problems that had arisen without any question or complaint. When the work was completed, Aureliano came by, we inspected everything together and we paid the balance of the work. All together a pleasant experience.
