NYC Emergency HVAC

We were really disappointed with this business. They responded to our Angi request quickly but when they arrived, the two guys didn't speak any English. I usually don't have a problem with this since I'm an immigrant myself. But they didn't understand us at all, so we ended up calling the guy at their office to translate our whole conversation over speaker phone. They fiddled around with our water heater and said that it was done. We were skeptical but felt minor heat coming from the radiators. They charged us $600 for 15 minutes of work and said the work was guaranteed for 1 year. A few days later, it was still cold in our house. I contacted them again to honor their work guarantee and they completely ghosted us. I followed up multiple times over months via Angi and text. No response. Be warned! These guys are shady. We ended up hiring someone else who fixed the problem for a lot less.

This company did a same day repair for me right before the holiday. Really is HVAC savior.

After three other company that cannot be contact. I called NYC Emergency HVAC AT 11:30 pm then they picked up the phone and send a technician to my house by 12:30 am. They did by far better job than i have thought and the price was really cheap. It was surprisingly free and emergency company.
