Even though it was a drag from my UWS apartment, I Zipcar'ed out to Sheepshead Bay. Got there late afternoon on Saturday -- they close at 6 -- but Mikhail was awesome. In spite of several parts he had with the same part number as my broken module, they didn't all have the same connector. True! And he patiently tried many pieces until, voila, he found one that worked. He was so nice and stayed quite a bit past 6. He said he didn't want me to have to make that trip again if I didn't have to. The price was reasonable and now I have my functionality back. Thanks Mikhail!
Description of Work: My 46" Samsung Smart TV lost connection with my QWERTY keyboard and has had no 3D for some time. I wanted it fixed.
