We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with this company!! They wasted no time whatsoever were very efficient, friendly, professional, and very courteous. They were very attentive to anything that was needed, and very cautious with all of our items they were moving. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know. Definitely the best moving company I have ever dealt with in my life!!! All of their staff is outstanding!!!

Northeastern Movers lost my lifeâ 100 boxes (an entire crate)! They lost 100 of my 130 boxes in a move from NYC to MN last year!! Can you even imagine receiving the news that ¾ of your valuables, heirlooms, and memorabilia--including those of your recently deceased husband--are missing because the movers amazingly LOST an ENTIRE CRATE of boxes? Itâ s heartbreaking and frustrating and financially devastating! I remain ready and willing to resolve this matter, but Northestern has ignored my recent pleas for fair reimbursement. Moving is an incredibly stressful and costly process anyway, but this takes the cake. Please consider this in choosing your mover!

This is an impressive operation. From start to finish all my questions and concern where adressed. I felt like the only costumer. This was a large and stressful move that I was having a hard time choosing the right company. All I really can say is I made the right decision with NorthEastern movers I highly recommend using hem or at least give them the opportunity to earn your business.

We had experienced movers who delivered exceptional service protecting our furniture while moving it out of one house and into another. The weather was not cooperating with a constant drizzle and sporadic downpours. Furniture arrived in the new home dry and safe from any damage along the way. These people took pride in their ability to deliver on their promises. Highly recommended without exception.

We were selling one home and buying another (on the same day), so these men had to empty a house, drive four hours, and then unload the truck into the new house. They worked HARD! They were amazing! There were a number of hurdles along the way, but they were very professional in how they reacted to each one, and we could not have asked for more. No reservations in recommending this company and the four men that were with us on 7/28/23. Thank you.

The mover and its crew was efficient enough with time. But i had everything packaged and consolidated optimally for the mover which they moved fast. But transport of many of the furnitures led to damages that the mover never acknowledged. They were lightening quick in leaving the premises after all the contents were dropped off. $3000 almost new condition sofa set got mud on due to carelessness and lack of care for the items transported to new property.

Excellent. They were prompt, careful, friendly but business-like and fast. Each item was wrapped and everything arrived in a timely way completely unbroken. There were 3 stops and they got to all of them quickly. I would recommend them highly.

The movers were wonderful. I had some extremely heavy items moved. They were both pleasant, very accommodating and efficient throughout the move. What could have been stressful instead I was very relaxed by their patient attitude. I highly recommend this moving company.

Eddie the sales person was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Martin even though I gave him hell in the beginning because I was nervous about this big move from NY to Montana, he was helpful. The movers were professional, quick and efficient. When my furniture was being delivered I was not there but the movers were in constant contact with me and took photos of the bed and dresser they put together. I would recommend this company to anyone and I would definitely hire them again!
